29th April - Day 54 Season 2 - Update
WEll, I have been very slack, lol
This post comes not so much out of happenings but out of the fact that I just realised that its almost been a month since i last posted.
I did the chewing thing and actualy realised that I chew my food more than 30times naturaly, but when im in a hurry i can sometimes chew less. This made me stomach a little funny. I have no doubt that it works so much harder when I dont chew my food as much cause i can feel it.

7th April - Day 22 Season 2 - A little body experiment.

5th April - Day 20 Season 2 - Conversations in my head
It never ceases to amaze me about the conversations that go on in my head. I was having an arguement with someone in my head, what that person would say, what i would say blah blah, and thats wat i finaly realized, it is all blah blah, made up stories that havent happend yet the emotion that was in it was undeniable. 31st March - Day 15 Season 2 - A conversation with god

Ok, so today has been another of those ho hum days. I was just sitting outside after having snapped at my daughter for the unteenth time today for no reason other than I was in reactive mode, and when she went back into the other room, the first words out of my mouth were "oh my god"
Then a thought, or rather a memory was trigged. My sister in law was talking about her conversations with god recently, and i thought to my self, oh, this must be one of mine. Heres how it went.

29th March - Day 13 Season 2
Day 13 is here already. My how time flys when your having fun huh, lol.
Well, things are progressing and I am in control of alot of it so i am realy grateful for that. Some things are going on, i have given up karate and opted for hiphop dance classes. Lately i havent been able to keep still to music. So i have been looking around last week for classes and booked in for free trials with 3. The first one that called me back was a little expensive for me (limiting belief) so i was realy gona pass… Continue
