- I teach yoga, mainly Astanga Vinyasa in the UK and internationally.. I am interested in loads of things but the idea behind the Secret and now, co-creating is really giving me a buzz.. I found out about it before Christmas and started tentatively applying principles to my life.. I feel a definite shift and can feel the Universe responding to what I am putting out for. The 100 day challenge is going to be awesome and I can't wait. I hope you are all manifesting exactly what you dream of!

Lecturing at two colleges in the East of England, one in Norwich one in Suffolk
I also would like to work as a radio broadcaster! I love it! I have been interviewed on radio several times and I know people really like my voice, so I would like to get involved...
To manifest a successful online yoga business to complement my existing 'real life' classes!
To become inspired again to finish my phd (so nearly there)
To put out the final evidence from that into the dance community
To become more involved again in the dancers world and community
Make some serious money, become abundant!
My intention is to attract my beautiful soulmate finally into my life after some painful love lessons learned. I am ready!

Day 3 feeling a bit flat :(
HI Co-creators I hope you are all well .. I have had a cold the last two days and found it really tough to be feeling positive and up while sniffing and snuffling in my bed. I feel as I haven't created anything except a mountain of tissues! I have wanted to upload a video but I don't want to as I'm so bunged up!!!

Season 1 Day !
Hello Co-creators
Day 1 of my Season 1!! very exciting! Already, I affirmed that I wanted to be working at Suffolk University and I have an invited interview on Tuesday for some short term project work, and I have been advised to apply to the Lecturer post, even though its more senior than I envisoned..

Today is Christmas
Eve.
No plans here. My extended family has pretty much been through the gamut this last year and no one was up to having a big Christmas Eve. I am having the Dec. 26th party here though so I am kind of liking the direction th…
