
Well, as I said in my video.. I got into a fitness rut.. 2 Hours 6 days per week on the precor,treadmill, rowing machine some free weights I did lose 20 pounds and I made frut smoothies, stayed away from fast food restaurants and most junk foods.. But I was tires.. and while I was on the treadmeill.. I watched soaps.. and CNN News.. Felt Blah not productive.. I am glad I lost weight the news is…
