Brenda,
Which happens to be my loving mom's name. When I read your last post, I felt like I was reading my own life story. I am on the same page with you. I really want to lose but i have only been half-hearted in my efforts. How can you lose weight when you are always hungry. I don't understand it. Why am I always hungry. I drink the water, I do the affirmations, I am in a walking group. I am slowly working on the right food choices but it's laways the same thing. Then I get frustrated and stop caring, feeling as if spirit wnats me to be this way. Then I get fed up and try to do drastic things to lose weight. It's such an emotional roller coaster.

Ok here I am again. Why is it that weight issues overtake my thinking every minute of every day. How do you stop it, that voice in your head? I really would like to create for myself a group of people that want to meet with me here in Perth Australia so that we can support each other, whether it is by telephone or pref by meeting and perhaps start a walking group. I go from desperation to acceptance to desperation and despair. I think i am so tired of fighting this fight and would like to just take it slowly but some how there always seems to be this urgency about my weight loss and i need to do it now. I create for myself a wonderful, caring, supportive group of women and men so that i don't feel so alone.....

I ran a marathon on the long weekend and did my 20 minute gazelle workout today

Met with my walking grroup this morning, had a great walk. Then I had an all day workshop. But for lunch I went to a vegan restaraunt for lunch. I was so suprised. They have stuff that looks and taste like the real deal. Awesome. And we got in a little walk.

Got my Push Curcuit 2 in today. We daily take the steps to living fit, trim and healthy.

Hey Group. A little tired today, need to refuel and refocus already. Today was just really busy. I will muster up the energy to get my walk in today. Junglegirl, say some affirmations for me. The only thing I can affirm right this moment is for sleep (lol).

I have been on so many programs in the past that it's not even funny anymore. Even had gastric by-pass am still fat. Smaller but fat. I need a different approach. Now, I'm working form the inside out. From the top (mind) to the bottom. I believe, I can achieve. I am in a new walking group. We meet every saturday morning but we do have to complete so many steps per day outside of the group. Been meeting my quota. Jungle girl, you are awesome.

made a healthy dinner for my boys and prepared tomorrows in advance
highlighted my hair feel so much prettier/better
had great sales at work
snuggle my youngest and watch tv and gave eldest a big hug and enjoyed eating dinner with them
