I promise to give to the group a way to create positive change using the law of attraction in combination with strategic physical action.

I will do this by...

My mission is to have 1000 people, by February 2nd, join and network together to manifest positive change in the physical and financial health of each other, using a proven model and a 90 day physical fitness plan.

I am determined to reach my goal of 1000 members. But I cannot do it without you!

Hi :)

This looks like an interesting group, and when I saw the creators goal of getting a thousand members, I thought I`d contribute by becoming a member of this group:)

I`d like tips on how to get a toned body, (ofc, seeing myself toned will help, but it would be great to get some actual advices on how to work out in order to get a toned body) and how to gain more energy through the food I eat.

I have a normal bodyweight and my eating habits are okay, but I would like some tips on what food to eat in order to get more energy. I am not very picky when it comes to food, the only thing I cant stand really is mushrooms..... :-S
I do love vegetables and fruit, and I enjoy cooking. What I would have found very helpful is recipes that contains healthy nutritious food, that keeps my belly full (I don`t like eating, and then after an hour getting hungry again...) and gives me energy throughout the day. And that doesn`t take ages to prepare....Unless it`s in the weekends where I have more time for cooking of course.

OMG that would have been a really traumatic time for you! Wow you've really come a long way then! You should feel really proud of you. Oh so you went the "natural route" too...Modern medicine is not always the answer. Yes I'll have fun in the "trying to get pregnant part". ;)

one side of my face was paralysed,woke one morning and couldnt smile.
drs didnt realy know how treat it,and gave me cocktails of crazy drugs,they meant well of course.
fit for life food combining with harvey diamond has been my saviour,Harvey realy has been like a dr to me,a health food natural hygiene dr..hehehe.
I am grateful of bells palsy,it brought me to where I am now and changed me in ways I needed to be changed.
ooh good luck with getting pregnant...very very exciting and fun too :)

I'm sorry but what is bells palsy? Well I'm glad that you were able to heal-probably found the right doctors or your own strength maybe? I believe you must be very grateful, the same way I am. So you would definitely know what it's like to have health issues and overcome them in the end...I'm now trying to get leaner because I'm hoping to get pregnant in say 2 mos, one way or another. ;)

I am so very grateful.
after my 3rd baby I was HUGE absalutely massive.and very ill.
I understand how it is to come through so much.so very grateful for us xx

Well for me especially it's really momentous you could say, because I had these weird health issues (hormonal) for a few yrs with extremely high cortisol (stress hormone) and when you have that you automatically gain weight and unable to lose. During that period I had gained 20 something lbs in 4 mos despite the fact that I was exercising a lot and eating low fat? I had gone to all these different doctors who dismissed my concerns as, "Well people naturally gain weight as they get older". I'm in my 30's and have always been lean, not normal for me. Anyway, I prayed and prayed and prayed, read all kinds of books by Louis Hay, Abraham and asking the universe for a sign, to find the right person who would be able to help me. Well, I was at this Wellness Seminar 2 days later, and was attracted somehow to this Naturopath that had some revolutionary technology there. I've been going to her ever since for all the hormone issues, and now with her medication and the trainer, I am seeing results and getting leaner.

Hi Aimee and everyone here,

OMG it's finally happening!!!! I just wanted to post this because I'm so excited & happy right now. I've been working out with my trainer for 2 wks now and everyone can see my results already! I will say it's not easy as he kills you during that time, but I meet with him 3 x/week for an hour doing strength training/intervals and then workout by myself for 2 more hrs during the week. In 2 wks I am almost down 1 clothing size and I'm trying to get down 1 more. Don't know what I weigh because I have a tendency to build muscle easily. He's also made me increase my protein, decrease starches. The amazing thing though is that I went from the metabolism of a slug where I couldn't lose weight even if I was exercising 12 hrs week, to a really supercharged one now. However, a few days ago I somehow pulled the groin muscle when I was running and unfortunately I can't work out for a few wks with the trainer. Hopefully it will heal by then so I can continue to be "tortured" lol. I'll tell myself I will be recuperated and ready to work out in 2 wks time!

Hello everybody!!

I intend to get my old body back and lose 20 lbs or 20 lbs of fat within the next few months & including my former six pack! :) Yoohoo!!
I've hired this fabulous celebrity trainer that literally "wipes me out" when we train! Seriously, that's how tough & challenging he is.
I'm working out 5 x week for 60 min
I'm eating low fat, high protein -however I will say that the protein part is not working for me. :(
My intention is that everyone here will lose all their desired weight! :)
