I've been doing it via Movie Maker on my computer. You could do PowerPoint if you don't have Movie Maker. It's pretty easy either way.
What I want to know is...what software are people using to do digital collages as vision boards? I see them and I have no idea how to do them. I'm not very handy with paint or photo shop. I don't even know how to put text over a picture. I did it once by accident so I'm not sure what I did. Any ideas?

I want to share something I learned. By saying I am losing weight. Its like telling our brain OMG I lost 130 pounds go find it and add more in case it happends again.lol. So Instead we should say things like I am 130 pounds lighter or just focus on a goal weight instead of on the weight that needs to be lost. Otherwise we could end up finding it instead. lol. I love you and your videos!!! Make more please!
