Thank goodness to our evolving society and its manifestation of Wikipedia. I am happy that I will find all information I need to successfully living a vegan life.

It seems daily I need 900IU or (1800g carotene); but no more than 3000IU
Sources of Vitamin A
Vitamin A is found naturally in many foods:
liver (beef, pork, chicken, turkey, fish) (6500 μg 722%)
carrots (835 μg 93%)
Broccoli leaves (800 μg 89%) - Acc. to USDA database. Broccoli florets supposedly have much less - see note[10].
sweet potatoes (709 μg 79%)
kale (681 μg 76%)
butter (684 μg 76%)
spinach (469 μg 52%)
leafy vegetables
pumpkin (369 μg 41%)
collard greens (333 μg 37%)
cantaloupe melon (169 μg 19%)
eggs (140 μg 16%)
apricots (96 μg 11%)
papaya (55 μg 6%)
mango (38 μg 4%)
peas (38 μg 4%)
broccoli (31 μg 3%)
winter squash

Tip of the week: even if you are not a vegetarian or vegan, it is amazing how intricate and complex it is to feed your body a properly balance nutrition. Study nutrition! vegetarian and vegan living have highlighted I need to grow my knowledge of nutrition. It is amazing how unlearned I am about nutrition. This measure of my ignorance would have robbed me of a quality long life, but fortunately it is becoming a vegetarian which forced me to learn nutrition and take full ownership of my nutrition.

Vegetarian tip for this week: through mix nuts in every meal. Don't skip any meals.
Ending my second week as a vegetarian and vegan. I have had some great sleeping night. I am loving being off of caffein. Wow
