I live 300 miles away from London, Lilou. But can I take this opportunity to congratulate you on your book and all the positive work you do and wish you a wonderful time at your book signing. I would certainly attend if I lived close to London.

Will be starting season 3 on June 20th 2009 anyone who is starting any time in June whatever season they are at I would love to hear form you. season 1 went really well for me but season 2 was a bit of a flop I'm afraid to say. Any thoughts or any tips would be wonderful!!!!! God Bless everyone

Love add-ons. Love that I have found the time to add on a candle meditation and a mirror meditation.......so 30 minutes of meditation a day.....plus the nighttime appreciation list and the workout each day.....love it. "I am happy for happy though...
