Hahaha...Raluca, of course I don´t mind! you are sweet...
I had a funny meditation today! I actually noticed that the time was 22:26 when I started off to meditate (even though it was "late") I closed my eyes anyway and sat straight up to visualise, send heavenly thoughts and meditate. The first thing I saw was the colour red (!!) It was so intense, I couldn´t believe it. In the beginning I got a bit scared...but then I tried visualising hearts and roses. It worked! it stopped after 5min and then I saw streaming of lights and more light. That was my experience from tonight! Does anyone else see colours? any particular ones? does anyone know what this can happen to mean?

So wonderful our meditation from tonight..no words for me to describe it...felt like a real force came out from my body..
I still feel it...
I found on youtube this video called We are FREE Now..so wonderful the graphic..loved it..and suggestive for our meditation.
