I just finished this week Power, Freedom and Grace by Deepak Chopra. This book is so wonderful and so fulfilling to read.

On tomorrow I will be starting The Aladdin Factor by Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen (2nd time).

This is a book I am reading now. I just started it and I really love it.
In french it is called the Quantum Body. I mention the tittle in french because of course this book talks about healing but not only. It basically focuses on the importance of our beliefs system and our ability to visualise our body and thus manifest good health. He gives the example of one of his patients, who, sick with cancer is advised to visualise his tumour being completly taken over by strong new cells created to completly kill it; and guess what, after weeks of this practice along with other truly interesting rituals the patient is healed!
This book is truly insightful as it gives , again, great tools to understand the mind-body connection. According to Chopra it is the mind that manifests the body! I am only at the 3 chapter but I can already tell that this book will reinforce our understanding of the importance of visualization!
First there was a vison then appeared the world. (I don't know who said that but it sure makes sense).
Chopra writes like he talks, in a very simple and catchy way. I think you will enjoy this book!

PS: Yelimar, this is especially for you as all he talks about really is the hollistic approach of health.

Hey Julia, thanks for inviting me to this group :-)
I also read this book by John Assaraf and I totally agree with you. I really liked it, because he combines the law of attraction with other facts from psychology and biology which totally explain how it really works (brain, thoughts, vibration). You start to understand the LOA on a deeper level. I enjoyed the basics. After that he gives you great tools to reach your goals. Loved it !
XOXO, Mimi

So here is Having It All by John Assaraf. As I mentioned in one of my video this book is really good! John Assaraf was one the speakers featured in the Secret. His book give you all the best tools to reach your goals according to The Laws of the Universe in a very clear and effective way! I really encourage you to get it! (I suggest you pass the first chapter which is kinda boring to go right away to the good stuff) And by the way don't get the audio tapes of this book!! John Assaraf has no real talent for reading his own book and it will put you to sleep instead of increasing your energy level!! But the book is really a toolbox! Niiiice!

Thank you Shirah for your suggestion. I am always looking for great books myself!! I totally share with you your obsession over reaing! I feed myself with reading so I couldn't understand you better!
