Hello Everyone!!!

Just joined CCOR and had to join the book group!!! I have sitting on my bookshelf, the Eat, Pray, Love book that has been mentioned here...I just haven't been ready to start it, until today---beginning this challenge is great for procrastinators like me! (or shall I say, former procrastinators, as my world is changing!)

CoCreators, you give some great book reviews.
I am currently reading the science of being well, by Wallace D. Wattles. He is extremely insightful. The book is about the scientific method to having physical wellness; highlights, he doesn't advocate a fitness regiment, he speaks on sleep, breathing, posture, gratitude during each meal, eating local foods... --namaste, jr

Ahh Dominique, your so lucky to have Oprah!

We have her, but we are apparently months behind. I was watching this great program yesterday and they were saying about a online class they were going to do based on "a new earth" by Eckarte Tolle and that it was starting next week on the 3rd of March

ha ha ha I was so ready to sign up before I heard the date!

Hi all......

I'll be adding the below book to my "to read in the near future list" for sure, looks lovely!

Ok, firstly, Illusions, why I love it.....hmm, I love it mostly because every time I read it I get something new from it. Its a story about Richard Bach (he writes as himself, even though its fictional) and he's working by taking passengers on joy rides on his little plane when he meets a messiah. The story is all about their friendship and what they each teach each other. Its very much about how we create it all, its inspiring in so many ways and really seriously, after reading it I feel absolutely unstoppable!!!

SATI, my love for this book is so great that when I finish it, EVERYTIME I have to hug it, seriously! I read it for the first time when I was about 17 and again, the more I read it the more I get from it. Its about a guy who picks up a girl on the highway who says she's god. But she also says we're all god etc.. and we just don't know it like she does. It really is the most beautiful story and I challenge anyone to read it and not love it! haha I won't spoil it by telling you more but really, its the best.

Does that help?
Hugs,

You probably all have heard of this one, as it is a best seller in the USA. If you haven't read it yet I really encourage you do so ASAP.
It is a true story. The author's journey from depression to life's abundant beauty. She's a journalist, she leaves NYC for a year to experience true pleasure in Italy, meditation and finding her true-self in India, and last she to experience true balance between pleasure and spirituality in Indonesia.
I loved that book, I couldn't put it down! Full of insights!

By the way I just watched a lecture by Wayne Dyer. Here is the link:

I found the link in the book recommandations. It's amazing!!! Enjoy

Lisa and Jensine, you guys are welcome!

About Anthony Robbins, I would really encourage you to read Unlimited Power first. Also his audio programs are extremly inspiring.Anthony Robbins has helped me blossom in the darkest moments of my life! I always have a copy of one of his books with me. If I have a low moment, I just read a few lines and you are sure that my energy level is boosted again!!
He also has an audio program called power talks where he interviews amazing authors such as Deepack Chopra, Wayne dyer, Barbra DiAngeli! He just asks them the most relevant and powerful questions! For me this man he's truly an inspiration!
