I'm following the diet plan for P90X which for myself is harder than the workout! My girlfriend isn't doing the workouts but she's been eating my low-fat meals and tonight she told me the her pants were getting too big for her! Now, that's what I like to hear from a program :)

- Hello Fellow P90Xer's! I started the program this week and I'm happy I did, I'm feeling very tired because I'm totally out of shape but I'm going to "Bring It!" and hang in there until the end which will be Sept.18, my birthday! My goals are to have a 6 pack and be tone showing some muscles :) Wishing you both all the best with the your season and P90X!
