Anamaria- that is awesome! I do this all the time. Just listen to your body and let it have what it wants, and to really focus in on your feelings! :)

I powerfully intend to have a really good, and very productive day today. I powerfully intend that he dishes will get done, the laundry will get washed, and dinner will be taken care of. I powerfully intend to start knocking out some of my bigger assignments today. I powerfully intend to keep my stress levels in Check today.

I now powerfully intend to FEEL my way trough the day and if anything is upsetting me I will change focus.

My intention today is clear: clarity shall i see, wisdom shall i apply, words, i shall choose carefully. I feel very down to earth this morning and intend to find out (without fussing over it) what I did right the past few days to thus feel centered. Then, i intend to share my journey with my co-creators. Simple yet so effective. I intent to seize the day:)

I powerfully intend to keep this high energy feeling up throughout the day today. I powerfully intend to focus on school work and focus myself into study for this exam and do extremely well tonight. I Powerfully intend to begin my paper (haven't yet been studying for this test!). I powerfully intend to attract a really healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner today. I powerfully intend to be grateful for my blessings, and remember that I am connected to the divine.
I intend to breathe and relax right before the exam and writing workshop tonight.

I intend to read some of Dr Demartini's book today and implement some of the suggestions/exercises. I also intend to make a new meditation video - my energy has changed so much in the last few weeks in such a positive high energy way, it will be very interesting to see what I receive.
