- today i intend to focus on the law of allowing and wu-wei. so far everything has been wonderful. and the sun is reinforcing it all. it's helping me to become really calm and happy. i foraged another pint or more of raspberries today, if you live in new england they're ready! blueberries are also coming up in our garden. tonight i intend to document the music i've been writing so that i can continue writing and have a wealth for when i do move to new york city. peace and love everyone!

- Today I want to celebrate the beginning of my daugthers summer vacation by enjoying THE NOW with her, eating lots of delicious strawberries, play and have fun. I will surprice her by making the first raw print of the book she has written, so she can show it to her dad while they are flying to France :-)

What a creative way of putting things into perspective. I like the fact that you write the 'i' in small letters, de-stressing the role of the ego, like the ego has no role to play; it is this bigger and grander aspect of you that gets into the flow…
I once came across this phrase: 'Call your fears ADVENTURES', this makes my life more adventurous and mre interesting, I really recommend using this phrase on a daily basis, love, Alex
