-Manger raisonablement
-Focuser sur des pensées qui me rendent heureux
-Focuser sur mes 3 restaurants que je vais matérialiser
-Faire ma liste de clients
-Trouver un nouveau truc à présenter ce soir

Be aware of my ego angst
Create my grateful list
Eat in a way that supports my weight loss

My intention is remember that "it" is not being done to me, but rather just being done and with that remembrance be able to hold myself in a bubble of white light and remain at peace.

-Faire la liste de mes clients
-Je suis patient et généreux envers mon fils
