The 100 Day Reality Challenge

On the days and nights I do intend I usually see changes. At night my intentions are mainly my baby will only get up 2 times tonight so I can have 4 hour of sleep intervals. :) But I also realize that the reason my baby has been up every hour the past two nights are his body needs nourishment for his growing needs. So I also know it won't last forever, we will be back onto our schedule soon. Then the universe will hear my need for sleep again.

The intentions that really work for me are the one's I set before I go to bed. I always find "sleep" fascinating because something tells me (our physical body) may sleep but our spirit (or consciousness) never really sleeps seeing that it doesn't need sleep so it goes to other realms of existence. Have you ever tried going to sleep with a question on your mind only to wake up and have the perfect answer. I've always found this to be very interesting.

I joined the group yesterday and set my intentions last night for today, and Im happy and grateful because I accomplished all but one.. !!!this is just great, specially because I took the time to prepare healthy food for me and my niece and started meditation.. I end up the day feeling good and relaxed... wow this is wonderful. !!!

You need to be specific, your intention is "my baby will only get up 2 times tonight", so the focus in on "Get Up", the universe will hear your voice "Get Up", and your baby will "Get Up".

Why not change to " I will have good sleep tonight and every night, and my baby still have enough nourishment for his growing needs"
