Here is a painting I did for a customer about 2-3 wks. ago. She wanted me to paint this because she wanted to give it to her mom for christmas;-) Gypsie

But it is okay- I am very happy about where my life is currently. I hope to paint over the holiday break. Tell me what you mean about the Mixed Media group being a Master Mind? I dont understand what that is....

Hey Guys!!
Did anyone get to make anything last week? If so I hope you'll share it...please? I'm not above begging lol
I worked in an art journal for the first time and didn't finish the page but its an interesting process. Does anyone know how to get white tissue paper to go transparent on a page? Its already glued down and it did dry somewhat transparent but not enough. I would like to get it to dry almost clear.
On another note I got my laptop yesterday!! YAY! So now I can either make video blogs (when I learn) or upload right from the studio.
So whats up with all of you creating divas???

Hi Kelley! This is REALLY pretty and | love the colors. I stumbled on suziblu on ning the other day and am taking the doll class. I've seen her in the past but didn't realize she had a ning.
I just posted a blog there yesterday about how the dolls are kicking my ass lol....
I"m actually here right now to put up the first sketch that i have that (to me) is acceptable. I am having so much difficulty getting these faces where I want them and its leading me to realize how much I pick on myself and how much of a perfectionist I am. Most important is how much I have allowed that perfectionism to paralyze me. I really had no idea ~~~until the DOLLS!!! LOL...
Well I'm off to post a pic of the first one at mixed media monday which I started and then didn't follow through with haha...I am following through with the begining now though :o)

Hi Everyone! Sally suggested I stop by and I see my friend Kate and a couple of other Suzi Blu friends are already here! How cool is that!! I'm fairly new to mixed media, but love it. Here's something I did not too long ago that I really had fun with - I call it a "clean off the desk" piece and it basically just grew from whatever I had out at the time...
