Bring together my exsperiance and others togther

One thing in this busy world, you could never say you don’t have time to meditate. To three deep breaths while at work, to closing your eyes and drifting away. There are many ways to meditate, and to many to list. We have really grown since introduced to meditation, and know the great advantages one gets from this wonderful tool, that no one can take from you. You Own it. Its yours it belongs to you. A world or vision that can transform our outter life. Create our world, and bring light to others. Its very common now a days to find more people meditating then not. Ask anyone how they escape the day to day stress, and they will tell you a story, even if they don’t think they meditate they really do. It’s a natural right. It was given to us as children. In our imaginations, to our goals as teenagers. Dreaming is our sleep, to looking at a patch of flowers at a coffee shop. To me any thing that brings us closer to soul, feeling grounded, but yet sending us to a deep inner connection is meditation. I wanted to start this group to help and inspire others to bring what they do to connect to our dreams through meditation, and what meditation means to you. Also will be posting from time to time ( no overload) of meditational techniques through video on my page. I am Respiratory Therapist , so breathing is my thing. If you have any questions on meditation that I may be able to help you with, please ask. If I don’t know the answer maybe someone in the group will be able to guide you. Or if you would just like to share your knowledge here on meditation that you would like to teach, please do so as well. Together we can create peace and love and many manifestations in our life. Meditation daily is very important and I would not live without it. I am working on meditating more daily, because when it becomes a part of my life on a regular flow, I run home happy knowing that I have this waiting for me. It such a natural high.

To practice breathing properly, helps one to balance the self within. Its helps to create a rhythm that radiates out word, and can help control how you feel in a healthy way. One should have a breathing exercise that fit ones life style. Well, one may think that we breath and we do not have to put any effort into it, so why deal with it? It helps one to focus, as well as bringing the blood pressure down, oxygenating all the way to cellular level. This helps you to oxygenate your brain as well, helping in the process of rejuvenation of neurons you are creating in your new life. This helps in the rewiring of your brain in healthy way. To realize we have this very powerful drug out there called breath, and to focus on our breathing helps lead us to creating a natural rhythm. In every part of our lives we have this at our disposal, never letting us down. This will help your body to oxygenate better, giving you more energy, creating a positive atmosphere. From taking a deep sigh while waiting in line, to taking a fifteen minute break, and focusing on our breath, helps us to stay focused, energized, and full of positive thoughts. This helps to create a wonderful atmosphere, that will carry you through to the next day . Create this domino effect in your life. It will bring you joy, love, and harmony. Hi Meditators, I have been meditating since I was young too. My parents were professors in the 60's and 70"s and got into Transcendental Meditation. I got my first mantra at 6. I have been on and off with it for years, tired other styles and still keep coming back to this TM comfort zone.
