- Check with your doctor first absolutely. However, if you are going to do a 10 day cleanse, I think you should be fine, but always consult your doctor for information specific to your body and medical history. What kind of surgery is it?

I am a little nervous about the cleanse and not having energy and getting headaches. Also, i don't have the program for the diet, but I have all the ingredients. In Australia it is called the Lemon Detox diet. I bought everything 1 year ago and it has sat in my cupboard....

I am going to be doing my second Master Cleanse starting September 2, 2008. It will be for 14 days this time around. I am excited and a little nervous, but it will be good for me.

I'm excited . . . but nervous. I want to complete this cleanse and feel all the wonder benefits associated with the MC. Anybody want to hop on board with me and we could go through this together?
