Day 1
Hello, everyone. My name is Christine. I am 5'4'' 174 lbs.I am starting Day 1 today. I've made my lemonade and I am drinking it as I type. Now, I have a question. What happens if I drink it all before 5 p.m.? Can I just drink water instead?
I am a mom of 2 little girls and I am a little nervous about meal time. I will be preparing and cooking their meals and I am praying I have the strength to treat the food as dog poo. We'll see how it goes. I don't want to get discouraged. I have a habit of caving in when it gets a little rough. So, wish me luck. Feel free to give me ANY advice. I am open to it.

I think you'll be fine, I did the cleanse for 10 days with a 2 and a 3 three year old. Just drink water for the rest of the day if you finish your lemonade b4 5. Or I think it's fine to have a cup of Laxative tea. Check the MasterCleanse download book on this group. On a personal note I recc chewing your juice as if it was normal food. I think it signals something in the brain saying FOOD!!!!!!!!!! :-) It's all mental preparation I believe. If you think you'll have a hard time you will. LOA girl. That's what it's all about.:-)
