The 100 Day Reality Challenge

I love being a non-smoker.

Before I quit I timed how long it took me to stay outside and smoke. Then I compared what I was able to accomplish in the same amount of time doing something else. That made a huge impression on me.

Also I used subliminal tapes and read the book "The Easy Way to Stop Smoking" with great success.

Did you have to fight back any cravings in the first few weeks.? If yes what did you do? I find that my mind is playing tricks on me and I personally use NLP which is working fine

The first few weeks are the tough part. I found the book The Easy Way to Stop Smoking was a huge help. It explaings what is really going on in the mind of the smoker and clears up a lot of myths about quitting.

One such myth is that it is really hard to quit. In reality the symptoms are mild and by understanding what is going on we can master it. I highly recommend that book and the Stop Smoking subliminal music found on Brainsync.com

Good for you facing this problem. You are going to love being a non-smoker and I don't think there is much that you will miss about it.

What is NLP?

Some things I loved about not smoking:

I smell good. My nails are clean. I look more feminine,. I am more attractive. My skin is more radiant. Other non-smokers find me attractive as a friend or as a date. I am healthy. I set a good example for my kids. I set a good example for other smokers. I can survive happily in non-smoking environments. I can stay inside in the winter. I can go to clubs and bars in other states where they don't smoke.
