Tomorrow I'm expecting a call from two acting agencies. I'm ready to begin my career and I know that I will do superb at the auditions.

There is a site that posts a lot of reality castings. I've become friends with one of the owner's of the site, I recommend it to everyone!

You can become a member for a small amount a month or not (if you pay you get more pictures if you don't then you only are allowed one headshot). Either way, whichever casting you apply for, the application does get sent to the casting agents and producers (because I've been contacted by a producer so I know they go through)!

This weekend I went to a little seminar with people in the entertainment industry. I was running late and I kept thinking maybe I wouldn't go (it was a long drive) but I knew I was supposed to go. So I drove and am VERY happy I went. I met some great people in the industry. I have an audition (I met a director that asked me to audition for her next movie, it will be her 4th full length feature). I also was able to film a demo commercial for my demo reel. The people who did the demo commercials were a father/daughter duo. They were really positive people and have recently started a web site for people in the entertainment industry to network. You can post videos/demo reels, head shots, voice demos etc... Casting agents and directors can find you and contact you via the site. And the best part, it's free! So head on over to ecastactors!
