WELCOME TO THE FEEL GOOD FOOD GROUP

I am creating this group as a place to share foods and recipes that feel good to our body, to consequently, attract our natural weight.

The principle is simple: Eat food that feels good when you eat it but also after eating it. Ask your body if this feels good. Please share your experiment with this group!

I believe that it is our mission to take care of our bodies, eat what is right so we can be more intuitive, have more energy, vibrate higher, attract more and love more!

I will be applying this principle in my season 8, starting March 1st, as i would like to give to my body what it needs for the awesome manifestations to come!

I eat very few and I feel as I transform everything I eat in fat instead that in energy. In a psychology point of view, why?

Ooh this is a great topic because I love food.
Well, for myself I know I feel my best when I eat healthy nutritious food, which I eat probably 90% of the time, things like:

chicken & vegetable shish kebabs (made without oil just spices)
watermelon/feta/basil salad -try it it's pretty good
lots of fresh fruits esp. blueberries, raspberries and strawberries
grill zucchini and top with small amount of olive oil, parsley, crushed garlic
if I'm craving chips I'll make baked tortilla chips and make a garlicky bean dip
now that it's hot out we bbq everything- from grilled vegetables, to yam & potato slices, asparagus, etc.
pineapple/coconut smoothies
I only drink water, mineral water or sometimes decaf coffees.
lots of salads w/ lettuce, tomatoes, feta, beans, corn, sometimes Tbsp of toasted nuts, blueberries, whatever is handy
If I'm really having a sweet craving I'll have a small amount of something sweet because i don't want to deny myself but it will be a small amount like eg) gelato on a cone, 1/2 cup ice cream, small slice of cake, or I might make a cobbler with fruits, sweeten with cinammon & agave syrup, for the crumble I use oats, butter (small amount) brown sugar and sprinkle around. The topping is pretty small so you get the taste of pie without the extra calories. I make this occasionally. Ok can't think of anything else now...

TODAY....I am feeding myself the best I can find.
Fresh, natural foods that look, smell and taste wonderful.
I choose foods that make me feel AND look good.
I am on my way to the best shape my body has EVER been in!

Today is the first day of my first season. I will drink black coffee or green tea with lemon and eat some fruit. I will only eat carrot sticks after 7 pm and I will experience my emotional ties to food.

I LOVE that you're into Raw Foods! No wonder your photos are so glowy!
I've had an article and some poetry published in Living Nutrition, a raw foods magazine.
Eating the way nature intended for us to eat and using the LOA is a very POWERFUL combo! When I was all raw people would stare at me wondering what was different..it was because I was vibrating so high that they were naturally attracted.My eyes were crystal clear and had a sparkle that doesn't compare to anything else.I'll be there again soon...I'm already on my way.
Here is my story:
Seven years ago my husband and I went on a 2 week detox cleansing diet.
It was a diet consisting of all fresh organically grown raw fruits,vegetables nuts and seeds.
They call this the Raw Food Diet.We found out about raw foods from a woman we had met that looked 10 years younger than her age.(She was 52 at the time) We asked what her secret was and she told us about eating live foods.So we decided to do a two week cleanse that led us on a path that has changed our lives forever.
We started feeling so good eating this way that we continued it for over 6 years.We gradually started adding in more Standard American Diet (which in raw foodism is called the SAD diet) and the past year have found we're eating more dead foods (cooked and altered) than fresh living foods.We really noticed a difference in the way we look,feel,and think.It was nice to have the reference of how we could feel if we were more disciplined.With this in mind I decided to get back to feeling and looking the way I like to feel and look,energetic and alive.The past week I've consumed only fresh raw fruits and vegetables the entire week.
I've been making fresh squeezed orange juice when I first get up,then I'll have some fruit like apricots,cherries or grapes.It's mango season here in Hawaii and I've been eating about 3 a day!
Then I'll have watermelon or a smoothie.Then in the evening I'll have a salad or some more fruit.
I've already dropped a few pounds and my body is quickly shaping back up.It is amazing how quickly my body gets back to my normal weight once I stop putting all the junk it doesn't want or need in there.I'm feeling more energetic than I have in a long time.
I'm posting some links about raw foods if anyone is curious and want more information or would like to try eating this way.

Here is one of my favorite smoothie recipes :

Blend :
2 cups of pineapple coconut juice
5 strawberries
2 bananas (small apple bananas or 1 large banana)
one half of papaya
this makes a delicious drink that is as filling as any meal.


Today I appreciate feeling good and having more energy.
I appreciate Whole Foods Market and organic produce.
I appreciate summer and all the wonderful summer fruits that are available

Elle! A powerplate!?! Those are amazing!!!! Did you know you can workout 2-3 times as much with those cuz they reset the muscles and they ACTUALLY REVERSE BONE LOSS!?!

And and, i just learned that blue corn is BETTER than blueberries! Ive been using the flour in my "Goop" but i think it said that way it was as good as blueberries. Plus other stuff to like good for blood sugar, better than vit E....check it out!!

Hey ppl! Raw spanish peanuts have good fat, protein, are raw, and about 20 of them should last you two hours (calorie wise). Aaaannd they keep blood sugar level!
