The 100 Day Reality Challenge

The Vibrational Diet!

Or you could call it The Thought Diet or Spiritual Diet. What??

I received this today during my meditation. Thoughts, as you probably know, are things. Some people can actually see thoughts. And thoughts are vibration that move at different speeds. Thoughts of love and appreciation move faster and are lighter than negative thoughts like rage and anger. Remember what it felt like to walk into a room after a couple had an argument? Didn’t it feel like you could cut the air with a knife?

So here we are pulling in thoughts based on the majority of our focus. If you pull in mostly dense negative thoughts, then you are bringing dense vibration into you, weighing you down, taxing and clogging your system. As a result, you can’t think clearly, your body functions become out of tune, your cells get deprived of nutrients, your organs and systems begin to fail, you can’t hear what the cells of your body are telling you about themselves and what they are asking for. You wind up making unclear food choices, your digestive system doesn’t process the food properly and you just feel like you are dragging. Negative dense thoughts affects all of you including your weight…they literally weigh you down!

Letting go of the denseness is critical to your well-being. You will lift a load off of you if you start reaching for higher vibration, faster moving lighter thoughts.

So, how does the diet work? By being more aware of your thoughts which will happen by paying attention to the way you feel is the most important thing to do. Then choosing thoughts that feel better. 15 minutes of daily meditation in some form is also key because meditation is the quickest way to stop undesired thinking.

That’s it? That seems too easy! It should be easy, but most of you will find it very difficult because of our chronic patterns of thought. It gets easier with practice. Catch those thoughts of it being difficult and reach for better feeling thoughts.

What can I expect as a result of this diet? A reduction of negative thoughts, an overall feeling of well-being, better choices in all areas of your life, a slimmer body (if that is desired) and a healthier body are all possible with this diet.
