Oprah & Embodiment
Oprah and Tolle discussed last night, during the web seminar, on "A New Earth" about listening to our body and eating the foods we really need. Our body knows the food it needs. I am going to read more about Embodiment now. I have a book about it at home and want to read more about this now, and listening/connecting with my Inner Body.
