The 100 Day Reality Challenge

I love blueberries, especially before working out. I was eating some carbs after work so i have the energy to work out after. I am realizing that this does not support me at all. I does not feel right when i am exercising. Blueberries makes me feel good and therefor i am full of energy and ready to workout. So this is my item #1 on my list for now and look forward exploring more!

I do raw but IT least for abotu 2 weeks. I love to cook and preparing meals is just not the same thing. Have FUN with it so it doesn't get boring. I am so proud of you!!

Lilou, how can I find out more about vegan raw foods? do you have any recommendations for websites, or books to check it out/

Raw food made easy
Here's a link to Amazon, check it out and read some reviews,
look at other books people have recommended on the subject.
Probably many of us would have different needs as far as food prep goes.
The one I'm suggesting is pretty basic, letting you can try the raw foods diet without
an investment of new of kitchen equipment.

I'm still in the process of doing some browsing both, online and at the bookstore. :]

Yeah I'm going to practise the affirmation " I am releasing all resistance to change" thankyou girls and guys for your inspiration and guidance, my feel good foods?? watermelon, grapes, black berries, straw berries, blue berries , fresh fruit and soymilk with a wee bit of natural yoghurt in the morning I have not tried the raw food eating plan yet but I am working towards this goal and attracting healthy thoughts and foods. I love Israeli salad:

Mini Chopped veggies - mainly Perisan Cucumber, tomatoes, radishes, peppers and some more with a simple dressing of lovely olive oil and herbs - mint, marjoram and parsley.

A lot of times I will add some feta and burglar and add raw tehini to it for a full meal - so nourishing and wonderful and gives you so much energy.

I know as soon as the warm weather arrives - that's what I crave - which makes sense as its a a very Ying food - according to the Ayorvedic way of seeing ying/yang:)

Hi to Every One ...

I was "moved" to the Vegetarian diet, 8 years ago, during a Meditation :o)
today I´m Vegan, and I have strong "attraction" about Raw Food Diet .... perhaps after the Raw Food Diet, I will discover the Diet Based only on Fresh Fruits, Nuts and Seeds .. where no Die is involved ... it is to me, perhaps the Natural state of The Human been ..... Be Here, Happily, with Attention and all Respect for All Life Form :o)
My Feel good food is a shake made with raw oats (lifted in water during the night, perhaps with some sunflower seed with it ) with some line seeds, a little spoon of carob powder, a soft cinnamon touch in the end ... and if you want a taste more sweet, shake it with a Palm tree fruit ( called Tâmara, here in Portugal) ....

Several Family in the earth are Raw Families, you can find through an Internet research .... but this particular Family is Wonderful ....
