I am confident
I get better and better every day
I am not perfect but I accept myself this way
My self confidence is a choice I make
Because I learn form each lesson and I am not perfect I am more and more confident
I set goals and I achieve them
I am always confident
I am not too shy to smile to others!

I feel wonderful being self-confident.
I say what I want to say and I express my opinion freely.
I am proud of my views and opinions and others respect them.I respec others opinions.
I can communicate wel and others resect me for this. I am not afraid to be who I really want to be!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I feel comfortable, being myself. It is simple. And now I love being social. This is not an affirmation, this is how great my life has become. It is so wonderful. To peacefully float through a crowd of loving people.

Hello, it is me again! I am confident, I accet myself so much and so totally that I do not fear anything, I am not afraid of anything, I do not need any binge eating, I do not need any addictions or addictive relationships to feel better or to boost my confidence, I feel good with myself and with my body and with the place I am in now........I know that I learn from 'failures' to be more and more powerful and experienced...........God thank you for these lessons!

Yes, yes, yes.........Today I was confident, I could feel it. tomorrow I will be even more confident, I will feel it when I look into the eyes of people and smile to them! and it will not matter whether the smile will be returned or not! For it will be a gift! This is what gives confidence to me!

Oh lalal, it is me again;)I am more and more confident every day. I overcome my fear of looking strangers in the eyes. I am not afraid of denial. I am so self-assured and confident that I fear nothing and nobody. I am pleased with myself and with my body, and with how I look. You can see it in my eyes, in my smile, in my walk, and in the way I talk, I radiate so much self-cinfidence. The source of my confidence is the knowledge that i am here to learn, learning is a continuous process, thus as long as I try and learn, I do not fail. Day by day I am wiser, more intelligent, and more sociable. I love myself, people like me and want to be around me. I am not hesitant, shy, or anxious.......I am as relaxed as one can be........BECAUSE I KNOW I AM GONNA SUCCEED!

I am happy with my self-development. I am really glad that I progress so fast. I am proud of my decision to stic to a raw diet. I really like my slim and sexy body;) I am proud that I am so nice to others and so attractive. I really enjoy working and facing new challenges. I am an intelligent and sociable person, i like myself and others. I radiate light of satisfaction, acceptance and positive attitude!

I enjoy my work so much, I am full of entusiasm and creativity, my knowledge is empowering to self and others. I am an authoritive person, I use my power for the greatest and highest good. When I talk, people listen, they know and trust in my abilities, they have the utmost respect for me.
