The 100 Day Reality Challenge

Try This:

Write the prompt "Things I Love" at the top of a blank page. Take a deep breath, then focus on keeping your pen moving (or your fingers typing) for at least 5 minutes. make a list of things that bring you joy. INclude items that cost a lot of money, as well as things that are free: the smell of freshly baked bread in the morning, watching the ocean, the feel of sand between your toes, bubble baths, pedicures, vacations, rainbows, thunderstorms, snowflakes, football games, chocolate, giggles. The list should contain the big and little things in life that make you smile.

Copy this list onto the inside cover of your journal. Add to it whenever you remember or discover something else that fills you up with good energy. Review your list each week and pick one thing to give to yourself, whether it's a long walk in nature or splurging on a massage.

Look for ways to make your day wonderful today. Give yourself a big hug by celebrating some of these things that bring you joy and make you Unique. Enjoy your "Things I Love" list and add to it often. Share it with a friend or loved one on your next birthday.

Make a copy and share it with us here!

Things I love...

I love mornings, the smell of fresh brewed coffee, flowers of all kinds, working in my yard, the sound of rain, a good book, red wine, fresh baked bread, lemon cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, red velvet cake with butter cream icing. I love to hear babies laugh, watch sunsets, watch the sun rise, clear crisp blue sky, the smell of spring, the crispness of winter, red birds, hummingbirds, white chocolate. I love bubble baths with fresh rose petals, going to spa, traveling, getting pedicures and manicures, sleeping in on Saturdays, lounging on Sundays, the color red and yellow, fresh flowers from my yard, going to the movies, eating popcorn.

I love this community of friends wanting to find their true meaning in life. What a wonderful exercise!
