I appreciate the huge pleasure of food. I don't think you can eat in the world of Spirit can you??! So, the combination of Spirit in a physical body enjoying the wonder of food is pretty special!

I appreciate the cosiness of my bed this morning, delicious. I appreciate my skin tingling and liking the sensation of that, like my nerve endings or cells saying 'hello'!

I appreciate working from home and having a cup of tea when I want and having a candle on my desk - especially nice on a dark and rainy day like today.

I appreciate water and how it's so readily available for all my needs. Sending love to water today. Sending love and appreciation to the rain.

I appreciate my ancestors and all they and I have lived before, that has brought me to this place of miracles and ease. Love to the ancestors. Love to my life in this time and place. Love to me! Love to you! Love to us!

Sometimes, during a good appreciation session, things will pop in that haven't manifested physically, but still feel really good. Love when that happens.

Looking at the stars outside. Seeing the shooting star! It was HUGE! Like a...a satellite or a UFO. Let's go with UFO. Thank you for the UFO. Thank you for the two green smoothies. Thank you for the delicious Acai coconut squares. A delicious granola bar.

I really appreciate that I've only been away for a day and I come back and there are so many interesting and funny appreciations!

Heyward I have those 'best friend' conversations with myself too! I've even made videos to myself - it's lovely to be loving to yourself!!!

Derek, it's a misty day with the sun valiantly shining through the cloud - fairly mild for November in London - and it's 10.20am :-)

I appreciate this beautiful morning and that K is thrilled because she's just had some work cancelled so it's a less busy day.

I appreciate Mellen Thomas and all the reassuring information he shares about 'life after death'. I'm going to quote him to end this appreciation! (He's recalling part of his near death experience and what he 'saw' and 'came to know' through it)...

The human soul, the human matrix that we all make together is absolutely fantastic, elegant, exotic, everything. I just cannot say enough about how it changed my opinion of human beings in that instant. I said, “Oh, God, I did not know how beautiful we are.” At any level, high or low, in whatever shape you are in, you are the most beautiful creation, you are.

am appreciating the benefit of the contrast and my emotions now. how they've indicated a current mis-alignment, and how i've deliberately found relief and harmony once again.

i appreciate how the days have added up, how far I've come on my journey. I'm appreciating exactly where I am on my journey, and the eagerness for what lies ahead. Certainly exciting times ahead no doubt.

Because Abraham speaks to me like no other being, I put full faith in Abraham's guidance, i love the idea of having an eternal and non-physical mentor and guide. And soon, ah, soon I'll be so in tune with ME, I'll have my own conversations with my guide - and perhaps with Abraham, as I experience this wonderful journey through consciousness.

Thank you Heyward for the Eckhart Tolle quote. Everyone, I'm very much enjoying the appreciation comments -

Wouldn't that be cool...wouldn't that be cool if my career was just fun? all I had to do was things that were fun and my career just unfolded as such? all I had to do was say "wouldn't it be cool if I had a career I was passionate about?" and then it happened?
