I appreciate myself!

This is the first day of my new 30 day appreciation journey and I'm going to 'sweet talk to myself' and appreciate myself every day.

This thought is as a result of a little video I made for myself, talking to myself and saying how lovely and loved I was:-) Bit like Louise Hay's 'mirror work' but with a video camera instead of a mirror. May post the vid, may not - haven't decided yet!!

Growing my own food. Sacred Sproutings are fun. I like holding the seeds under my tongue before I put them in the sprouter. According to Anastasia "If you make the connections with the plants in your garden-plot, they will take care of you and cure you. They will make the right diagnoses all by themselves and prepare the most effective medicine especially designed for you."

Lying in bed focusing on the breath before getting up.

This warm fleece.

I didn't get $110 on Tuesday...it was $242! I wonder when I'll beat THAT? I wonder how much it'll be? $300? $600?

I appreciate the grapes for breakfast. I appreciate that I'm going to have chili for dinner today. I appreciate listening to Eckhart Tolle (The Power Of Now). I appreciate living in order. I appreciate my healthy, strong teeth. I appreciate my perfect weight. I appreciate the calmness in my life. I appreciate being in joy. I appreciate the money blessings. I appreciate my desires coming true. I appreciate being around positive people. I appreciate positive people gravitating towards me. I appreciate nature. I appreciate the blue sky and clouds. I appreciate it's October. I just love the fall. I appreciate the changing of the trees. I appreciate that I'm going to have a great Thanksgiving this year.

Ten minutes. Let's get it:

Met Tucker Max today. "This, too, shall pass." A very unexpected surprise. I liked the way he was laughing about something Bill (Dawes) had said in a video. He really likes redneck jokes.

Coming up with a new bit. The "locksafe" bit! "Identity thieves stole my I.D. With my credit backing them, they got a mortgage, a $50,000 loan, and three new credit cards. On MY credit? Wow! These guys shouldn't be criminals, they should be financial advisers!"

Seeing the moon. Ah. The stars, too. A very clear night. Becoming aware of the breath when I said that. I love appreciating nature. So simple.

Energy clearing from Michael at the tonic bar. Holding the stones. "I reset people. Runes then give direction." I wonder what would happen if we threw Runes after an energy clearing?

This feeling...whatever this is between my eyes. I like it. "This, too, shall pass."

The inspiration from the wheelchair comic. Bill Dawes saying he "knew him, back when he could walk." I can't wait to write down a list of problems and find the funny in them.

Getting a massive amount of comments (seven!) the day after I pre-tended that this blog had an audience of 50,000.

This breath. The satisfaction that comes after cleaning your bedroom. Ahh. If you've gotta clean it, may as well enjoy it.

Yeah! Got another today! A gay guy said
"Your complexion looks SO good." I thought I had noticed a difference lately, but wasn't sure and you KNOW those guys are brutally honest, so it must be looking nice! Healthy, glowing skin has been a desire of mine for a while, ever since I first saw David Wolfe and Shazzie's glowing complexions. The thing is, I haven't done anything to try and purposely achieve it! It's one of those "things that you have wanted seem to be flowing into your experience" moments.

I appreciate having my internet connection back, moving made me miss a few days. I appreciate my friends, they are all so lovable. I appreciate the great food that was prepared for me today. I appreciate the internet, I think that while six degrees of separation things has been transformed to a one degree or maybe no degree by the internet. I appreciate my pc. I appreciate my sister for all the help and support today. I appreciate all the beauty in my life, it's so inspiring. I appreciate being able to watch Smallville again. I appreciate the fun I have with Twitter. I appreciate the artwork I've created. I appreciate all my creative ideas, it's so wonderful to just find all sorts of projects and ideas to bring to life. I appreciate the inspiring quotes I receive in my inbox. I appreciate being fast. I appreciate my energy. I appreciate the abundance that comes to me. I appreciate being a part of this lovely universe. I appreciate all those who appreciate in this group, their positive energy makes me joyous! Much love<3

Today I appreciate the safe home that I live in. I appreciate my car and my telephone. I appreciate the people I connect with and grow with. I appreciate the work Abraham has shared with us and made us more evolved and able to see we are co-creators.

I wonder how much...I wonder if I could get paid to do this? What if that was a job? "OKay, Heyward, you win. Your job is to write a list of appreciation. I just want you to walk around writing sentences and drawing pictures of things you like. 15 minutes a day. Starting salary is $6,000,000 a year, plus a ten thousand dollar commenting bonus- $10,000 per comment. Comments must be unprompted (you cannot contact them first) and from different people."
