This is a section where you can write about what listing has done to make your life and/or business more efficient. I will be putting my testimonial in here soon. I am not as faithful as I would like to be. But that's okay. Life is a process and a journey, not a destination. :)

Work is a big issue for me at the moment, as I'm feeling major urges to either change jobs or change something about my job. Its been a real struggle some days to go in, I feel heavy, efforting.
What has made it slightly better lately is dropping some old ideas of how I am 'supposed' to deal with issues. I've managed staff teams for around 6 years, and I am experienced in how our company wants us to deal with people who disagree or don't follow the way we want them to work. I learned the process because I think it was important for me to learn to handle some confrontation, as before I would have done anything to avoid it even at my own expense. But now I want to create something new. And I realise that the way I have always dealt with these serious issues, by outlining what the person has done 'wrong' and offering them support to get it 'right' - is definitely not going to create the type of workplace I want to be in. I intend to work in a team where everyone is commited to the same goal, we can work things out in a mature and confident way, everyone feels their presence and contribution is valued, and we can forgive and even laugh about our mistakes, as well as learn from them. All that can't happen if I continue in this way - I almost feel like a disapproving parent sometimes and I hate that!
Since I've decided this 'miraculously' before I've even done anything something must have shifted in me because work is flowing better. Little issues are taking care of themselves. I keep visualising all the low, negative energies being swept out of my workplace and being replaced with love, efficiency, joy, success. I have a supervision with someone next week who has been persistently bullying new and inexperienced members of staff, but instead of being angry about it and showing up in a self-righteous mood with my 'bad' list, I'm going to meet the person with honesty and compassion, and keep in mind that we are really both One soul in truth. Part of me is worried that I will allow them to 'get away with it' if I do this, but I have to trust, and just focus on the desired outcome instead.

Hey Gerlaine, I don't know if this is the type of thing you had in mind for this Testimoial discussion! But I think its relevant - I think what I've done is give up some of my need to control and judge situations and the result is a smoother ride at work. Great group, by the way! Love, Claudia
