Hi,

I'm a new member to this site so I thought I'd check in. I am intending to release 10% of my weight primarily for health reasons. Also, fitting into my size 8 jeans again would be nice also. I want to learn from everyone here and share with everyone here.

Today i'm so excited i weighted myself and actually lost 2 pounds so i know all the Little things that i've added to my daily routine which is only walking more when i have a lil extra time exercise and trying really hard to eat healthy....


Can anyone tell me if they've heard about drinking honey and cinamon in the morning and at night to help losing weight is it safe and does it work...Thanks everyone have a great day...

I am 144 right now, but I was 170 four months ago! Try making a majority of your foods raw. Raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and seaweeds.. I eat tons of food and calories and am still losing, because my food has high nutrition and a low chemical load. I am happily releasing (you find what you lose) more weight, but wanted to share my progress so far! Look up David Wolfe, raw foods, Shazzie, etc to find out what I found out...

Hi! i put losing 10% of my weight as a goal, without knowing there was a group here about it and Im very happy to belong to it, since I think this will help me even more to accomplish it. I started eathing healthier and now should exercise to keep going. congratulations to everyone here!

Hello everyone.I have a great resource for people looking to start exercising with some great at home programs.I am an online fitness coach @ www.freeworkoutcoach.com. They have a virtual online gym where you can log in your workouts and meet with others online for support!I also other free advice and support for anyone that has questions about health and fitness.

Yesterday was my first day really committing to being healthy and putting my health and fitness as a priority. I found this 100 day reality challenge and I started a food and diet journal. I did really well yesterday and I worked out for 45min and ran/jogged/walked on the beach for 30 min. Today I was sore and a little lazy so I only made it through 12 min of my firm workout video. I am committed to working out tonight.

After my son turned a year I had a lot going on, financial stress, long work days, emotional issues and I lost both my mom and 6 y/o nephew. So by the time I had my daughter, food was my main source of comfort. Trips to Starbucks was the one temporary relief that got me through my day. I have a good 60lbs to lose. I get very overwhelmed by it and feel as though it is impossible. I have been eating my feeling for a few years now ;) The longest I have been successful is 2 wks, then I get frustrated and I don't see results fast enough so I will basically just give up and stop exercising and start eating really bad.

This time I really want to just focus on my health and fitness, becoming healthier and fitter, not really even pay attention to the weight loss. Since it will be an added benefit of eating healthy meals and exercising. I also have a really great "commitment statement" that I intend to read and re-read daily or as often as needed and I like to watch weight loss mind movies on you tube.

I haven't done much in the area of weight loss lately. I have not been going to fast food restaurants much lately. When I worked I was in a rush alot of times going to visit people so I would often go through drive throughs. I am making healthier choices. I am thinking about joining weight watchers. I will check to see if there are scholarships available. A friend of mine had one once.
