30 pounds in 100 days is very doable.That is my goal, too! My biggest challenge is getting some exercise in. Funny, I don't mind exercisign once I begin, I acually like it!

I am changing my language. I intend t release 30lbs by the end of this 100day season. Not lose it as I don't want to find it again.lol

I am on day 22-by the end of the 100 days I will lose 30 pounds.I will get back ontrack by tracking online at weightwatchers.

I am going to lose 16 pounds (10% of my current weight) in the fist 50 days.
I am going to lose 14 pounds (10% of the weight I'll be) in the last 40 day.
I am 160 pounds and I will be 130 pounds when I finish my first 100 days!

Are people still trying to lose weight or is there another group that I am not aware of?

Personally, I have made it a top priority over the past couple of months. To be honest, I had really let myself go. Luckily many of my bad habits were only started last winter and they have been surprisingly easy to let go of. I am eating healthy foods and exercising, and listening to my weight loss subliminal messages at least a few times a day.

Rewards keep me motivated. Right now my hair is a mess, damaged and grown out darker roots, but I made a decision to reward myself with new hair when I get half way to my goal. As of Saturday that was 3.6 pounds away so I am hoping to reach it really soon.

Someone please let me know where we are posting about diet and exercise.

My goal is to lose 10 lbs in my first 100 day challenge.
I am looking forward to getting leaner and stronger, healthier and wiser.
I will work on my food issues and body image.

I will fit into my size 6 jeans again...

I'm officially beginning the whole "change my diet/eating habit" thing on Monday, Feb 2nd in an attempt to lose weight and look great. I've replaced the pastas with veggies and fish. I'm also adding fruit and will try slim fast for their drinks plus water as not sure how slim fast is.
