Spent about 45 minutes on EFT Personal Peace Procedure. I can see how this is going to help me!!!!! I love it!!!! And, I don't have to put aside a whole day for it.

I will be starting EFT Personal Peace Procedure this week - I intend to clear the energy surrounding at least 40 memories.

EFT is something I'm loving more and more as I learn more and more about it. I'm going pretty in depth with the Gary Craig manual and his website. I can't believe that manual is free. I'm just really really loving it.

Hi Maria,

Well done on your success with EFT. I understand your dilema in trying to explain how this kind of energy psychology works - it's a tricky one isn't it? When I passed my qualification this time last year a few of my friends were really interested in watching a demonstration so I told them to go to youtube and watch people like Brad Yates and David Childerley. They loved it.

Have you been to Carol Look's website www.attractingabundance.com she combines eft with LOA and is a wonderful teacher also www.thrivingnow has free audios to listen and tap along to. I tap a few time's a week and think eft works brilliantly with LOA.

Some new successes:

A migraine attack in full bloom lost it's spark, and took a whole new turn that the subject had never seen before! She doesn't know that EFT made the trick though, since I was doing surrogate tapping while she was in the bathroom being sick from the headache...

Calming my own allergic reaction to my cat. I hadn't had any attacks for a few years, I guess that's why I "forgot" and snuggled a little too close with my cat. Way back when, a started reaction would last for hours, this was the first time I tried EFT on it, and lo and behold, it stopped, and I could go to sleep just fine!

I feel like I have to report this, because in spite of these great achievings with EFT, I still feel unconfortable suggesting it to others (hence the surrogate tapping for my migraine friend) - it's just so ridiculously simple, they can't believe it! _I_ even have a hard time believing it, although I see it work over and over!

How are you dealing with this "problem", dear fellow tappers out there?

But, don't worry, I still deeply love and accept myself! ;)

Hi Everyone,

I trained in EFT last year to level 2. Have been to the U.K Conference and loved watching Carol Look and Rue Haas work in particular. I do EFT on a regular basis and look forward to connecting with you all.

Dear fellow tappers!

I'm taking Gary Craig's DVD course right now, and plan to go through with the Certification Process asap.

Personal successes with EFT (selection!):

Stopping a throat infection in it's making, the day before my first ever solo performance singing on stage...

"Healing" a dinner party I was expecting to be difficult, turned out to be wonderful

Selling my house at a good price on a dead market

Helping my 6-year old daughter go to sleep

Stopping my banker's 3-week chronic cold, giving her a first full night of sleep

Contributing to ending a friend's drinking problem

And at this very moment, stopping shoulder pain from sitting in a bad position, but I just can't leave CCOR!!! Perhaps I should be tapping for this too...
