Thanks for posting this CC.

To be quite honest I am so new at this, that right now my focus is self love. Affirmations, meditation and all things that honor me- in addition to gratitude journal. I have come to recognize that without self love and appreciation, I can not truly love other or give to anyone else.

I am so pleased to find this community. In the past, I've felt like such a singleton. Thank you are for the great energy and positiveness.

Love and blessings to all!!

Thank you both for posting. One of my favorite practices is scripting. There used to be a great website for it at www.law-of-attraction-scripting.com. It appears to be down now :( I hope its up and running again soon.

I truly enjoy scripting. There is a great website to guide you through the process at www.law-of-attraction-scripting.com, but it appears to be down now. I hope it is up again soon. In the meantime, here is a brief article.

Here are the things that help me the most:

1) Juicing daily: fresh organic fruits and veggies. This is the #1 item in importance, as it raises frequency of consciousness easily and effortlessly to a state of lessened resistance. It increases the life force, vitality and energy in my entire body. As I do this and make this my priority, the rest of my day is easy. If I fail to juice every day and get this fresh energy into my body, I feel a creeping sense of struggle / upstream thinking in all other areas. It is amazing to me how the simple act of juicing can provide such clarity and balance to other areas of my life. I drink 2-4 quarts of fresh juice daily and it has changed my life profoundly. As I chose to make this a life-long practice, my goal is to live a long, joyous and healthy life. It takes from 1-2 hours a day. To make this investment in your wellness, simply switch your schedule around and let go of a 1-2 hour low-yield activity (like watching TV) and you will be surprised at the results in every area of your life. Share your juice with your loved ones and see them rise along with you! When I make juice I first clear all the counters and burn sage and put on gorgeous, uplifting music and kick everyone out so I can create a forcefield of bliss. That energy goes into the juice and feeds me all day long. For info on juicing checkout www.juicefeasting.com

2) Getting up early and walking in nature. I like it best when I go before a lot of people are stirring and hear the sounds of the universe through the birds and other creatures. I love to see the early morning mist on the ground and see all the bunnies scampering around. This activates a deep walking meditation where I align with what I want to accomplish this day. I go from 1 to 3 miles in the morning at a local nature reserve, depending on how much internal processing I need to do; I just keep going until I feel very blissed out, relaxed and balanced. The chemicals released in the body are very euphoric.

3) Listening to Abraham CDs. Whenever I am in the car and many times in the house as well. This calibrates me into the full understanding that I am Source Energy in a physical body.

4) Training my mind to focus on the outcome and align with that rather than attempt to solve the problem myself (rowing upstream).

5) Listening to the promptings of Spirit / Source / Higher Mind and acting immediately on those promptings. This is the fun "letting go of the oars" part; I just listen and "do what I am told" by my future self who sees the best path. I see this promptings as the answer to my 'rockets of desire' so I treat them with respect and act upon them with trust that I am being guided, and so it is!

6) Repeating what I am grateful for all day as an on-going self-mumble to myself under my breath. This keeps me in the frequency of receiving more good, and keeps me in a good mood.

7) Being creative each day. This brings a sense of "life is good" to each now moment. It is wonderful to see what I can make when I put my attention upon it. Right now my creativity is being expressed by developing several new businesses.

Thanks for sharing your ideas!
I can relate to nature walks and juicing! Nature walks seems to recharge my batteries. And when I juice - I feel so much lighter and have more energy. Just need inspiration to do it on a regular basis.
I also use affirmations and say prayers to God about what I am grateful for.
And I there is nothing like picking up a new self help book to get myself off the couch! I am currently reading "The Answer."
