I have been kind of poopy this season. I am letting my ill health get me down. I don't like being so inactive. That is worse than the pain. Thank heaven for this group so that I can connect with human energy in a positive way. Love Gramma Shirah

Thank you Elaine, Bridget, and Emha. My best to you Bridget, I'm sorry to hear about your illness. How are you doing? When were you diagnosed?

I'm beginning to feel better now. I have a problem with my heart and became really anemic which was a strain on my heart, about a week ago, had to be hospitalized. It was scary, but I am recouperating. It was a shock as I sort of thought I had everything under control, (I had recovered from having had two heart attacks in 2005, 2006.)

Is it all right that I started on September 28th (my birthday) -- I will definitely go 103 days!!! It is my 2nd Season!!!

I am staying the course with many of my goals. Keeping my connection with this group pretty strong is part of what I consider to be the magic of the 100 Day Challenge. All of your desires are also my desires and all of your energy is also my energy in this endeavor. So today I am going to spend some time on the goals I have been actively pursuing and the ones that I have dropped the ball on too.

Chris and Bridget, so sorry about your illnesses. I don't know what is wrong with you Chris but Bridget, you must be dealing with a lot of issues if you have late stage ovarian cancer. A good friend of mine has late stage cancer right now. He was diagnosed about 18 month ago and told he probably had about three months but because of his incredibly strong faith and determination to live he is still here with us- living pain-free and working every day. It is amazing what he has salvaged of his life already.

Both of you, thank you for sharing your problems with the group. It reminds me to have even more respect and compassion for people. I will keep you both in my prayers.
