DAY 66!!! It has been so GREAT during school holidays...I have been taking Max and Zoe to boxing and treadmill classes at Body United and they LOVE it...sometimes thier friends come too and it is so much fun...hope LOTS of Melbourne people wil join me there with the next Fitness Challenge xxxxxxx

I've been bloated all WEEK ! I am having a CHEAT WEEK. and Jilly, these are REAL cheat foods. I have been dieting and training for 7.5 months so I decided to take a whole week break. I had pizza, sushi, cheesescake, chocolate, icecream and a Margarita!! Gained 4.5 lbs in 3 days!!! It's all water weight from the sodium! had pizza for the first time since march 19th!!! 8 months!!!
My weight is going down now. Back to eating healthy, then one cheat meal a week, starting with Thanksgiving.

I am also allowing my body to recover this week. I am exhuated fro the 4-5 hour workouts I've been doing. Starting cardio again tomorrow, then hitting the gym again. Very light weight trainig the first week as I detox from cheatweek, then BAMM!! Hitting weights hard again.
New Plan starting tomorrow: raw food detox, yoga, light cardio, light weights
After Thanksgiving: more muscle gain program, high calorie weight gain program (muscle gain)

Thanks for the supportive comments,:) however I think I now want to get even leaner, so I'm not stopping, so will be stepping up my program a notch or two...Yes it does feel good though esp as I'd gained weight in the first place from hormone problems, mostly through the abdomen. Oh well I'm still impatient to look a certain way and I'll get there very soon. I always say you can't give up when you really want something.
Ooh would love to do a boxing class but I buggered up my shoulders recently and that would only bugger it up even more.
I've been eating really clean and healthy lately, however today i cheated and ate a slice of pizza, followed by spinach salad and water.

Megan you had a fat day? Well I had a losing my pants day. Yes exactly what it sounds like. I was meeting up with my trainer today and wore my lululemon yoga pants. Well, as I was walking, I was carrying an umbrella, a huge bag, and talking on my cell phone. All of a sudden I felt something slide down my hips and down my thigh! OMG I though I'm losing my pants! Well, I hiked them up as high as I could, but they still kept falling down. Darn I though to myself! I really need a safety pin so I could at least pin them to my underwear to keep them on. I must have looked like an idiot, running with one hand trying to keep the pants up, the other hand on the umbrella and after a while I just lost it, couldn't stop laughing at what a spectacle I must have made. I know people were looking at me too! Anyway I'd lost 25 lbs since September so I guess that's my way pants have loosened up. :)

Had a bloated "fat" feeling day today!!! WHY do we all have those? It's like a bad hair day!!! xxxxx
