Tat-marinate the chicken breast in soy,sweet chilli and sesame oil and bake in the oven for about 30 mins...so yummy!!!!

Megan, I also love boxing as it's an amazing workout.
That's hilarious how everyone here's been indulging with pizza lately? lol Rosie, your cheat foods are some of my favorite foods- esp the cheesecake, sushi, and ice cream. I don't drink maragarita's because I'm allergic to alcohol. I don't know what I'm going to make for dinner. I have a chicken breast out and no idea what to do with it, but will probably just grill it on my George Foreman grill.

It is very wet and blustery, I was going to go for a nice long run along the beach! Did an 8km run yesterday morning in Mornington - it was beautiful.

EVERYONE-I know we haven't heard much from Shelley this Challenge as she has been doing loads of stuff in her personal life...but i wanted you all to know it is her BIRTHDAY today!!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY BEAUTIFUL SHELLEY-thanks for being such an AMAZING participant in the Challenge-we miss you and can't wait to hear more from you again soon!!! xxx

Jilly, I live in Guam. Compared to Guam, hawaii is cool, temperature-wise. Everyone that visits Guam from hawaii saids it's HOT here!! For me the water is too cold in Hawaii!!
Cutting out milk products means no cheese on pizza?

Wow, is this pizza season? I never have pizza and last night I has a slice with hubby. Weird we are all having pizza. Ok anyway. I have been doing some experiements with all this bloating talk.
I never ever drink milk.
I was feeling great for 4 days straight. I then had a tall glass of milk one evening while watching tv. The next morning I was so bloated. Bam...I guess I cant take these milk products. Im going to try to cut out all these milk products and see if it makes a difference in look as wells as feelings.
Oh Rosie, Good for you. My husbands family lives in Hawaii, at least most of them. One sister in law lives in Alaska now. I was there last Nov for 4 weeks and well I have to say, I really didnt want to go and probably wont go again unless I absolutely have to. This ole gal doesnt like to sweat and Hawaii is not my idea of fun. I did walk along the beach in my new tankini though.

I've been bloated all WEEK ! I am having a CHEAT WEEK. and Jilly, these are REAL cheat foods. I have been dieting and training for 7.5 months so I decided to take a whole week break. I had pizza, sushi, cheesescake, chocolate, icecream and a Margarita!! Gained 4.5 lbs in 3 days!!! It's all water weight from the sodium! had pizza for the first time since march 19th!!! 8 months!!!
My weight is going down now. Back to eating healthy, then one cheat meal a week, starting with Thanksgiving.

I am also allowing my body to recover this week. I am exhuated fro the 4-5 hour workouts I've been doing. Starting cardio again tomorrow, then hitting the gym again. Very light weight trainig the first week as I detox from cheatweek, then BAMM!! Hitting weights hard again.
New Plan starting tomorrow: raw food detox, yoga, light cardio, light weights
After Thanksgiving: more muscle gain program, high calorie weight gain program (muscle gain)

Thanks for the supportive comments,:) however I think I now want to get even leaner, so I'm not stopping, so will be stepping up my program a notch or two...Yes it does feel good though esp as I'd gained weight in the first place from hormone problems, mostly through the abdomen. Oh well I'm still impatient to look a certain way and I'll get there very soon. I always say you can't give up when you really want something.
Ooh would love to do a boxing class but I buggered up my shoulders recently and that would only bugger it up even more.
I've been eating really clean and healthy lately, however today i cheated and ate a slice of pizza, followed by spinach salad and water.
