DAY 66!!! It has been so GREAT during school holidays...I have been taking Max and Zoe to boxing and treadmill classes at Body United and they LOVE it...sometimes thier friends come too and it is so much fun...hope LOTS of Melbourne people wil join me there with the next Fitness Challenge xxxxxxx

Well it's that time of year again- full of social interaction with parties, dinners, endless pig out feasts it seems. I know I was watching a program today on that show, The Doctors. Anyway, it was all about the holiday related weight gain and how easy it is to gain 10 lbs alone during the holidays. I said that won't happen to me or ANY of us here, cuz we're all so dedicated, right? Anyway, back to eating my chocolate mouse now....kidding!! No, I usually just reserve a cheat day a week and it will be one thing, ok maybe 2 things.
Wow Rosie, you're really "going to town" with all your food. Not that I blame you at all after all your strict dieting and all, your body is now screaming for CARBS!!

confession: After contest pig out
strawberry margarita, chips with all kinds of dip, Ben and jerry's ice cream (entire pint), chocolate cheesecake, pizza (almost the entire 10 inch by myself), lunch buffet with a friend(including dessert) chocolate, Thai food buffet..all in one week Total weight gain: 2.5 lbs or about 1 kilo.
This was cheat week after 7 months of eating healthy. Yesterday I am back on my healthy diet, raw food detox for a few days, already down half a pound. Most competitors gain back 10 to 15 lbs in the first week. NOT ME!!!

LOL-it's like a confession board here today...I think I need to be more careful too...a friend brought champagne over for taco night and it seems to be happening more and more!!! I guess it's that season. SO-i am going to not drink now til Friday....when I am cooking dinner for a friend's birthday!!! xxx

Well I wish I had cake this weekend cuz I was really craving some! Sadly, I don't have any junk food in the house...:( And didn't really feel like making a "pit stop" to the bakery either.

I do not KNOW how you guys do that raw food thing!!!!!!!!! Did a great boxing class today and have eaten about a thousand grape tomatoes!!!! YUMMMMMM!!!xxx
