OK GUYS!!!! THIS IS WHAT IS HAPPENING!!!

OUR NEXT FITNESS CHALLENGE STARTS FEB 1st 2010.

At the moment Lilou has started a new 100 Day REGULAR Challenge that started Dec 1st.

Our current FITNESS CHALLENGE finishes on DECEMBER 20th!!!!!!

Thanks Tat!!! I asked Megan about the 100 day challenge and she said it started on Dec 1, 2009 and the next one starts on Feb 1, 2010. I am starting a few days late, but I don't care I am excited to jump on board. I will start tomorrow Dec 6, 2009!!!!! I am so excited.

WOW-we have 100 MEMBERS NOW!!!!!!! The next Fitness Challenge will be the BEST one yet-starting FEB 1st... KEEP YOUR GOOD HABITS GOING OVER THE HOLIDAY SEASON and i will still be HERE chatting away!!!

I can't remember but did our new season start as of Dec 1? I forget now? Anyway, I'm plugging away at my fitness goals. I admit I had some fab results which I feel have kind of slowed down a bit. Feeling discouraged now even though I'm trying to work out twice as hard. Well I refuse to give up!!!

My season 2 starts today Dec 2 and I will be doing the 100 day fitness challenge to help me reach my health intentions!! I am so excited!!! I will keep you posted

I've been thinking about "thinking yourself thin". And I've decided it works. I've lost 2 body mass points (in the last 100 days) and something is working. How do I do it? I remember a time when I was thinner and I think of myself as being that way. And everything I eat I affirm makes me a perfect size 10. The more I lose the more it makes me want to do more to help speed up the process. I've been setting weekly goals for myself. Last week i decided to go cold turkey on crackers (I was eating far too many gold fish and triscuts) and I also pledge to workout 3x. I didn't say how long, just that I would move my body 3x last week. This week I've pledged to drink 50 oz of water and workout 3x. And btw, I haven't eaten any crackers this week (even though I could if i wanted). I think I was mindlessly reaching for the crackers and eating out of boredom.

Anyway today is the first day of my new 100 day challenge. Fitness is on the list:)

Ooh, I just noticed that we only need one more person to make it 100 in this Fitness Challenge. How happy I am to be part of this group.

Hi friends I am taking off to Manila, Philippines next Sunday for 10 days. Last time I was there I was dieting hard and carrying around my eggwhites everywhere. It's dangerous because Manila is full of shopping malls with lots of bakeries and shops with goodies as well as tons of nice restaurants. At least I will be staying with health conscious friends.
