I too fell of the wagon bigtime. It's a very busy time here and I got some major major personal challenges, so I got sidetracked. But I'm of to the gym in a minute, so.....
Megan, in London shout a big hello out of the window when the wind is west, because then you're "around the corner" from Mari and me. We will yell back when the wind turns :-)

Thanks Megan!! The tips and goals each week are a good way to keep me accountable. I love the support from everyone. :) Oh and don't worry about the video, I know you have been super busy. ;) BTW, did Max get his braces off on the 29th?? If so, tell him to send me pics, please. =) =)

I know we are gonna have a blast in Florida...although, I'm sure I'd love love love LA. :) it is on my list of places to visit this year, too.

Hey Everybody!! I hope you are all well. I've been busy packing for our family vacation. We leave tonight for Disney. Yaay! I went to the gym everyday.. I lost another 2 lbs but I was even more excited in my overall health assessment. My trainer told me that even though the scale looks like I lost about 12-15 lbs, I actually lost more like 20lbs and gained 5 lbs of muscle. That was awesome to hear!! :)

Megan, have a ball in Europe. Tell the other Cocreators, Hellooooo. :)

Rachel, good for you on starting over. Walking is always a good way to pick yourself back up.

Rachel-just pick up where you were...it's all about doing achievable things. Don't go crazy so it becomes a major chore...truly-i don't feel deprived at all-my most major change was the no starchy things at night. Anyway-have a great weekend and i will pop a Fitness Video up in the next few days...from LONDON!!!!!! xxx

M-the body fat scales are weird-we are looking into that-first i was 35, then 27, then 29 then 33...all in a matter of days while still losing weight??? I would like to lose another couple of kilos and then maintain..i think that will happen naturally...i should just settle at a weight. Would like to be 60 kilos
