This group is for the Messianic Believers who want to change their diets and there eating habits, eating Kosher is only half the battle, but we also need sun light, and positive atmosphere, and good social habits as well, exercise as well is needed.

א וַיְדַבֵּר יְהוָה אֶל-מֹשֶׁה וְאֶל-אַהֲרֹן, לֵאמֹר אֲלֵהֶם. 1 And YAHUAH spoke unto Mosheh and to Aaron, saying unto them:
ב דַּבְּרוּ אֶל-בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל, לֵאמֹר: זֹאת הַחַיָּה אֲשֶׁר תֹּאכְלוּ, מִכָּל-הַבְּהֵמָה אֲשֶׁר עַל-הָאָרֶץ. 2 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying: These are the living things which ye may eat among all the beasts that are on the earth.
ג כֹּל מַפְרֶסֶת פַּרְסָה, וְשֹׁסַעַת שֶׁסַע פְּרָסֹת, מַעֲלַת גֵּרָה, בַּבְּהֵמָה--אֹתָהּ, תֹּאכֵלוּ. 3 Whatsoever parteth the hoof, and is wholly cloven-footed, and cheweth the cud, among the beasts, that may ye eat.
ד אַךְ אֶת-זֶה, לֹא תֹאכְלוּ, מִמַּעֲלֵי הַגֵּרָה, וּמִמַּפְרִסֵי הַפַּרְסָה: אֶת-הַגָּמָל כִּי-מַעֲלֵה גֵרָה הוּא, וּפַרְסָה אֵינֶנּוּ מַפְרִיס--טָמֵא הוּא, לָכֶם. 4 Nevertheless these shall ye not eat of them that only chew the cud, or of them that only part the hoof: the camel, because he cheweth the cud but parteth not the hoof, he is unclean unto you.
ה וְאֶת-הַשָּׁפָן, כִּי-מַעֲלֵה גֵרָה הוּא, וּפַרְסָה, לֹא יַפְרִיס; טָמֵא הוּא, לָכֶם. 5 And the rock-badger, because he cheweth the cud but parteth not the hoof, he is unclean unto you.
ו וְאֶת-הָאַרְנֶבֶת, כִּי-מַעֲלַת גֵּרָה הִוא, וּפַרְסָה, לֹא הִפְרִיסָה; טְמֵאָה הִוא, לָכֶם. 6 And the hare, because she cheweth the cud but parteth not the hoof, she is unclean unto you.
ז וְאֶת-הַחֲזִיר כִּי-מַפְרִיס פַּרְסָה הוּא, וְשֹׁסַע שֶׁסַע פַּרְסָה, וְהוּא, גֵּרָה לֹא-יִגָּר; טָמֵא הוּא, לָכֶם. 7 And the swine, because he parteth the hoof, and is cloven-footed, but cheweth not the cud, he is unclean unto you.
ח מִבְּשָׂרָם לֹא תֹאכֵלוּ, וּבְנִבְלָתָם לֹא תִגָּעוּ; טְמֵאִים הֵם, לָכֶם. 8 Of their flesh ye shall not eat, and their carcasses ye shall not touch; they are unclean unto you.
ט אֶת-זֶה, תֹּאכְלוּ, מִכֹּל, אֲשֶׁר בַּמָּיִם: כֹּל אֲשֶׁר-לוֹ סְנַפִּיר וְקַשְׂקֶשֶׂת בַּמַּיִם, בַּיַּמִּים וּבַנְּחָלִים--אֹתָם תֹּאכֵלוּ. 9 These may ye eat of all that are in the waters: whatsoever hath fins and scales in the waters, in the seas, and in the rivers, them may ye eat.
י וְכֹל אֲשֶׁר אֵין-לוֹ סְנַפִּיר וְקַשְׂקֶשֶׂת, בַּיַּמִּים וּבַנְּחָלִים, מִכֹּל שֶׁרֶץ הַמַּיִם, וּמִכֹּל נֶפֶשׁ הַחַיָּה אֲשֶׁר בַּמָּיִם--שֶׁקֶץ הֵם, לָכֶם. 10 And all that have not fins and scales in the seas, and in the rivers, of all that swarm in the waters, and of all the living creatures that are in the waters, they are a detestable thing unto you,
יא וְשֶׁקֶץ, יִהְיוּ לָכֶם; מִבְּשָׂרָם לֹא תֹאכֵלוּ, וְאֶת-נִבְלָתָם תְּשַׁקֵּצוּ. 11 and they shall be a detestable thing unto you; ye shall not eat of their flesh, and their carcasses ye shall have in detestation.
יב כֹּל אֲשֶׁר אֵין-לוֹ סְנַפִּיר וְקַשְׂקֶשֶׂת, בַּמָּיִם--שֶׁקֶץ הוּא, לָכֶם. 12 Whatsoever hath no fins nor scales in the waters, that is a detestable thing unto you.
יג וְאֶת-אֵלֶּה תְּשַׁקְּצוּ מִן-הָעוֹף, לֹא יֵאָכְלוּ שֶׁקֶץ הֵם: אֶת-הַנֶּשֶׁר, וְאֶת-הַפֶּרֶס, וְאֵת, הָעָזְנִיָּה. 13 And these ye shall have in detestation among the fowls; they shall not be eaten, they are a detestable thing: the great vulture, and the bearded vulture, and the ospray;
יד וְאֶת-הַדָּאָה--וְאֶת-הָאַיָּה, לְמִינָהּ. 14 and the kite, and the falcon after its kinds;
טו אֵת כָּל-עֹרֵב, לְמִינוֹ. 15 every raven after its kinds;
טז וְאֵת בַּת הַיַּעֲנָה, וְאֶת-הַתַּחְמָס וְאֶת-הַשָּׁחַף; וְאֶת-הַנֵּץ, לְמִינֵהוּ. 16 and the ostrich, and the night-hawk, and the sea-mew, and the hawk after its kinds;
יז וְאֶת-הַכּוֹס וְאֶת-הַשָּׁלָךְ, וְאֶת-הַיַּנְשׁוּף. 17 and the little owl, and the cormorant, and the great owl;
יח וְאֶת-הַתִּנְשֶׁמֶת וְאֶת-הַקָּאָת, וְאֶת-הָרָחָם. 18 and the horned owl, and the pelican, and the carrion-vulture;
יט וְאֵת, הַחֲסִידָה, הָאֲנָפָה, לְמִינָהּ; וְאֶת-הַדּוּכִיפַת, וְאֶת-הָעֲטַלֵּף. 19 and the stork, and the heron after its kinds, and the hoopoe, and the bat.
כ כֹּל שֶׁרֶץ הָעוֹף, הַהֹלֵךְ עַל-אַרְבַּע--שֶׁקֶץ הוּא, לָכֶם. 20 All winged swarming things that go upon all fours are a detestable thing unto you.
כא אַךְ אֶת-זֶה, תֹּאכְלוּ, מִכֹּל שֶׁרֶץ הָעוֹף, הַהֹלֵךְ עַל-אַרְבַּע: אֲשֶׁר-לא (לוֹ) כְרָעַיִם מִמַּעַל לְרַגְלָיו, לְנַתֵּר בָּהֵן עַל-הָאָרֶץ. 21 Yet these may ye eat of all winged swarming things that go upon all fours, which have jointed legs above their feet, wherewith to leap upon the earth;
כב אֶת-אֵלֶּה מֵהֶם, תֹּאכֵלוּ--אֶת-הָאַרְבֶּה לְמִינוֹ, וְאֶת-הַסָּלְעָם לְמִינֵהוּ; וְאֶת-הַחַרְגֹּל לְמִינֵהוּ, וְאֶת-הֶחָגָב לְמִינֵהוּ. 22 even these of them ye may eat: the locust after its kinds, and the bald locust after its kinds, and the cricket after its kinds, and the grasshopper after its kinds.
כג וְכֹל שֶׁרֶץ הָעוֹף, אֲשֶׁר-לוֹ אַרְבַּע רַגְלָיִם--שֶׁקֶץ הוּא, לָכֶם. 23 But all winged swarming things, which have four feet, are a detestable thing unto you.
כד וּלְאֵלֶּה, תִּטַּמָּאוּ; כָּל-הַנֹּגֵעַ בְּנִבְלָתָם, יִטְמָא עַד-הָעָרֶב. 24 And by these ye shall become unclean; whosoever toucheth the carcass of them shall be unclean until even.
כה וְכָל-הַנֹּשֵׂא, מִנִּבְלָתָם--יְכַבֵּס בְּגָדָיו, וְטָמֵא עַד-הָעָרֶב. 25 And whosoever beareth aught of the carcass of them shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the even.
כו לְכָל-הַבְּהֵמָה אֲשֶׁר הִוא מַפְרֶסֶת פַּרְסָה וְשֶׁסַע אֵינֶנָּה שֹׁסַעַת, וְגֵרָה אֵינֶנָּה מַעֲלָה--טְמֵאִים הֵם, לָכֶם; כָּל-הַנֹּגֵעַ בָּהֶם, יִטְמָא. 26 Every beast which parteth the hoof, but is not cloven footed, nor cheweth the cud, is unclean unto you; every one that toucheth them shall be unclean.
כז וְכֹל הוֹלֵךְ עַל-כַּפָּיו, בְּכָל-הַחַיָּה הַהֹלֶכֶת עַל-אַרְבַּע--טְמֵאִים הֵם, לָכֶם; כָּל-הַנֹּגֵעַ בְּנִבְלָתָם, יִטְמָא עַד-הָעָרֶב. 27 And whatsoever goeth upon its paws, among all beasts that go on all fours, they are unclean unto you; whoso toucheth their carcass shall be unclean until the even.
כח וְהַנֹּשֵׂא, אֶת-נִבְלָתָם--יְכַבֵּס בְּגָדָיו, וְטָמֵא עַד-הָעָרֶב; טְמֵאִים הֵמָּה, לָכֶם. {ס} 28 And he that beareth the carcass of them shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the even; they are unclean unto you. {S}
כט וְזֶה לָכֶם הַטָּמֵא, בַּשֶּׁרֶץ הַשֹּׁרֵץ עַל-הָאָרֶץ: הַחֹלֶד וְהָעַכְבָּר, וְהַצָּב לְמִינֵהוּ. 29 And these are they which are unclean unto you among the swarming things that swarm upon the earth: the weasel, and the mouse, and the great lizard after its kinds,
ל וְהָאֲנָקָה וְהַכֹּחַ, וְהַלְּטָאָה; וְהַחֹמֶט, וְהַתִּנְשָׁמֶת. 30 and the gecko, and the land-crocodile, and the lizard, and the sand-lizard, and the chameleon.
לא אֵלֶּה הַטְּמֵאִים לָכֶם, בְּכָל-הַשָּׁרֶץ; כָּל-הַנֹּגֵעַ בָּהֶם בְּמֹתָם, יִטְמָא עַד-הָעָרֶב. 31 These are they which are unclean to you among all that swarm; whosoever doth touch them, when they are dead, shall be unclean until the even.
לב וְכֹל אֲשֶׁר-יִפֹּל-עָלָיו מֵהֶם בְּמֹתָם יִטְמָא, מִכָּל-כְּלִי-עֵץ אוֹ בֶגֶד אוֹ-עוֹר אוֹ שָׂק, כָּל-כְּלִי, אֲשֶׁר-יֵעָשֶׂה מְלָאכָה בָּהֶם; בַּמַּיִם יוּבָא וְטָמֵא עַד-הָעֶרֶב, וְטָהֵר. 32 And upon whatsoever any of them, when they are dead, doth fall, it shall be unclean; whether it be any vessel of wood, or raiment, or skin, or sack, whatsoever vessel it be, wherewith any work is done, it must be put into water, and it shall be unclean until the even; then shall it be clean.
לג וְכָל-כְּלִי-חֶרֶשׂ--אֲשֶׁר-יִפֹּל מֵהֶם, אֶל-תּוֹכוֹ: כֹּל אֲשֶׁר בְּתוֹכוֹ יִטְמָא, וְאֹתוֹ תִשְׁבֹּרוּ. 33 And every earthen vessel whereinto any of them falleth, whatsoever is in it shall be unclean, and it ye shall break.
לד מִכָּל-הָאֹכֶל אֲשֶׁר יֵאָכֵל, אֲשֶׁר יָבוֹא עָלָיו מַיִם--יִטְמָא; וְכָל-מַשְׁקֶה אֲשֶׁר יִשָּׁתֶה, בְּכָל-כְּלִי יִטְמָא. 34 All food therein which may be eaten, that on which water cometh, shall be unclean; and all drink in every such vessel that may be drunk shall be unclean.
לה וְכֹל אֲשֶׁר-יִפֹּל מִנִּבְלָתָם עָלָיו, יִטְמָא--תַּנּוּר וְכִירַיִם יֻתָּץ, טְמֵאִים הֵם; וּטְמֵאִים, יִהְיוּ לָכֶם. 35 And every thing whereupon any part of their carcass falleth shall be unclean; whether oven, or range for pots, it shall be broken in pieces; they are unclean, and shall be unclean unto you.
לו אַךְ מַעְיָן וּבוֹר מִקְוֵה-מַיִם, יִהְיֶה טָהוֹר; וְנֹגֵעַ בְּנִבְלָתָם, יִטְמָא. 36 Nevertheless a fountain or a cistern wherein is a gathering of water shall be clean; but he who toucheth their carcass shall be unclean.
לז וְכִי יִפֹּל מִנִּבְלָתָם, עַל-כָּל-זֶרַע זֵרוּעַ אֲשֶׁר יִזָּרֵעַ--טָהוֹר, הוּא. 37 And if aught of their carcass fall upon any sowing seed which is to be sown, it is clean.
לח וְכִי יֻתַּן-מַיִם עַל-זֶרַע, וְנָפַל מִנִּבְלָתָם עָלָיו--טָמֵא הוּא, לָכֶם. {ס} 38 But if water be put upon the seed, and aught of their carcass fall thereon, it is unclean unto you. {S}
לט וְכִי יָמוּת מִן-הַבְּהֵמָה, אֲשֶׁר-הִיא לָכֶם לְאָכְלָה--הַנֹּגֵעַ בְּנִבְלָתָהּ, יִטְמָא עַד-הָעָרֶב. 39 And if any beast, of which ye may eat, die, he that toucheth the carcass thereof shall be unclean until the even.
מ וְהָאֹכֵל, מִנִּבְלָתָהּ--יְכַבֵּס בְּגָדָיו, וְטָמֵא עַד-הָעָרֶב; וְהַנֹּשֵׂא, אֶת-נִבְלָתָהּ--יְכַבֵּס בְּגָדָיו, וְטָמֵא עַד-הָעָרֶב. 40 And he that eateth of the carcass of it shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the even; he also that beareth the carcass of it shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the even.
מא וְכָל-הַשֶּׁרֶץ, הַשֹּׁרֵץ עַל-הָאָרֶץ--שֶׁקֶץ הוּא, לֹא יֵאָכֵל. 41 And every swarming thing that swarmeth upon the earth is a detestable thing; it shall not be eaten.
מב כֹּל הוֹלֵךְ עַל-גָּחוֹן וְכֹל הוֹלֵךְ עַל-אַרְבַּע, עַד כָּל-מַרְבֵּה רַגְלַיִם, לְכָל-הַשֶּׁרֶץ, הַשֹּׁרֵץ עַל-הָאָרֶץ--לֹא תֹאכְלוּם, כִּי-שֶׁקֶץ הֵם. 42 Whatsoever goeth upon the belly, and whatsoever goeth upon all fours, or whatsoever hath many feet, even all swarming things that swarm upon the earth, them ye shall not eat; for they are a detestable thing.
מג אַל-תְּשַׁקְּצוּ, אֶת-נַפְשֹׁתֵיכֶם, בְּכָל-הַשֶּׁרֶץ, הַשֹּׁרֵץ; וְלֹא תִטַּמְּאוּ בָּהֶם, וְנִטְמֵתֶם בָּם. 43 Ye shall not make yourselves detestable with any swarming thing that swarmeth, neither shall ye make yourselves unclean with them, that ye should be defiled thereby.
מד כִּי אֲנִי יְהוָה, אֱלֹהֵיכֶם, וְהִתְקַדִּשְׁתֶּם וִהְיִיתֶם קְדֹשִׁים, כִּי קָדוֹשׁ אָנִי; וְלֹא תְטַמְּאוּ אֶת-נַפְשֹׁתֵיכֶם, בְּכָל-הַשֶּׁרֶץ הָרֹמֵשׂ עַל-הָאָרֶץ. 44 For I am YAHUAH your ELOHIM; sanctify yourselves therefore, and be ye Kadosh; for I am Kadosh; neither shall ye defile yourselves with any manner of swarming thing that moveth upon the earth.
מה כִּי אֲנִי יְהוָה, הַמַּעֲלֶה אֶתְכֶם מֵאֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם, לִהְיֹת לָכֶם, לֵאלֹהִים; וִהְיִיתֶם קְדֹשִׁים, כִּי קָדוֹשׁ אָנִי. 45 For I am YAHUAH that brought you up out of the land of Mitsrayim, to be your ELOHIM; ye shall therefore be Kadosh, for I am Kadosh.
מו זֹאת תּוֹרַת הַבְּהֵמָה, וְהָעוֹף, וְכֹל נֶפֶשׁ הַחַיָּה, הָרֹמֶשֶׂת בַּמָּיִם; וּלְכָל-נֶפֶשׁ, הַשֹּׁרֶצֶת עַל-הָאָרֶץ. 46 This is the law of the beast, and of the fowl, and of every living creature that moveth in the waters, and of every creature that swarmeth upon the earth;
מז לְהַבְדִּיל, בֵּין הַטָּמֵא וּבֵין הַטָּהֹר; וּבֵין הַחַיָּה, הַנֶּאֱכֶלֶת, וּבֵין הַחַיָּה, אֲשֶׁר לֹא תֵאָכֵל. {פ} 47 to make a difference between the unclean and the clean, and between the living thing that may be eaten and the living thing that may not be eaten. {P}

Comment by Jamie and Sara Church on September 23, 2008 at 5:10pm - Although some of these are Kosher according to Scripture, they are also unkosher to eat, like Beef, beef is kosher but Hamburgers are drenched in fat which is not Kosher, Chicken is Kosher, but when prepared in grease and fried is not Kosher, so we as Messianic Believers must give the fat to Yahuah our Elohim. If Yahushua was here today, would He be eating at Mcdonalds or Taco Bell? No Yahushua would not ingest any of that into His body. Why? Because Yahushua is the Living Torah and therefore would stay Kosher.
