You have done SO well on the paperwork thing! That's one of my vaguer objectives, to get organised and stay that way - so I can imagine how good it must feel to have all that done :)

As for the job ..... collect up all those glowing reports and immerse yourself in them! Print them out and stick them up everywhere so you see them every day.

Then remind yourself that you are not here to get someone else's approval, and that the only person who is "judging" you is you! And the fact that you feel bad shows that your Inner Being, Source, is not seeing you as a "an average employee". Source sees you as a glorious, glowing success in everything you do. You're just not up to speed yet with the expanded version of yourself.

So .. BOPA (write a Book of Positive Aspects of) yourself. Take every occasion to praise yourself. Note down every single thing, at work and elsewhere, that shows what an amazing being you are. Not what other people say about you, but what you say about you! Because this "average" feedback is only a reflection of how you're feeling about yourself and you can change that! The outside always reflects what's on the inside :)

Thank you so much for your reply. It's great advice!
yes, I am not here to get other's approval!

Isobel, this was such wonderful advice about collecting positive feedback from the past, and having it to affirm, and remember my talents, and positive attributes. It really helped to shift my thinking. Here are some examples of feedback and comments received:

2. "you are a natural leader, by virtue of your insight, temperament, intelligence, personality".
3. 'you are the key reason why things get accomplished in meetings."
4. "I commend you on your creative and sensitive work with difficult populations'.

Today I choose to reflect on the 99.9% positive feedback that I've received over the years.

.. and believe and KNOW that this is how Source sees me ALL OF THE TIME!

Whatever you are wanting is going to come. I suggest you describe in writing the best case scenario for the job that you would be happy about. Add a photo of this new work in your vision board. Picture it in your mind. Imagine and believe that you are always moving towards a higher level of position job wise. Let go of the things that you were not happy about. The past is not who you are "now".
Thanks so much , Lorii. Great advice! today I will do some writing about the best case scenario for the best job for me.
Have a wonderful day.
Chris
