Unexpected pregnancy. What do you understand about this on a spiritual level? Please offer support

Hello everyone.

Someone I know (ahem) has recently discovered that she is pregnant by a man who she is not seeing anymore because they were incompatible. He wants her to have an abortion and is being quite an ass about it but she doesn't want to do it.

She 1) just doesn't want to allow a doctor into her uterus to destroy the life in there and 2) believes that for this child to have made it around his vasectomy and her infertile time, then it must have a very strong will to live and who is she to prevent this child who has a great mission in this world. He is so much against the whole thing that she can't even talk to him anymore.

Please share any words of wisdom you might have on this subject.

Ok - gulp! - here goes. I very rarely talk about this. I had an abortion about 7 years ago. Do I regret it?!
No. However, that is ME. For starters I don't want kids of my own ever - even though I like them & teach them. (A lot of women DO have abortions and later have kids) In my case the would be father didn't want to know & said he didn't even believe it was his! However, my ex (NOT the would be father) was very supportive & we married about 10 months later & are still together & happy. I get the gist that you really want to have this baby. Yes you'd prefer the father was different I see that. If you have this baby it's likely that the father will NOT want to be involved at all. This could change but it may not. It's possible that your ex if he really HAS cleaned up could in time co-parent with you - IF that is what he wants - or you could manifest a wonderful father for the baby - even if it's not the biological father. Actually if he has even had a vasectomy I think it's possible bio father doesn't want to be involved!! You sound like you'd be - and are - a wonderful mother. I think YOU need to decide - hard though it is - what to do. I don't think you should have an abortion for him. If I had had the baby for the father or anyone else I would have been miserable. If you have an abortion for you - or you believe that's best for the child fair enough but I personally don't believe any woman should have an abortion or a baby for anyone else. By the way, the would be father may not want to pay child-support for a baby he does not want. Does this have to be an issue? NO I bet you can manifest money other ways. I think you've already made up your mind what to do & I wish you blessings & love whatever you decide. I don't regret having an abortion at all but that was me. And you lost a baby & asked the Universe for another - right? This could be the answer! Either way, it's up to you.

On a spiritual level I believe sometimes - like with the baby you lost before & yes in my abortion totally different things I know but hear me out - sometimes when these embryos/feotuses (can't spell that!) are in spirit form they see us from above & say to themselves - I just want to go back to being in the womb again, just for a little while I really loved that feeling & experience, I want to remember that again, then after they'd felt the experience they move on. Other dear ones say from "non-physical vantage-point" I want to experience the whole of life & being human again so they let themselves be born & live a long life.

I go with the theory of choosing your parents and arrival time back down to the planet, so that kid wants down here bad!

Wow- big decision when you already have 2 kids. If you had never had babies, to me the answer would have been clear cut. You know how much time and effort goes into it all. If you feel you can do it again and that's what feels right-then do it. How do you FEEL when you consider a termination? Or when you consider keeping it. Hmmmmmmm-only you can know. Listen to the reasons the man is saying no as well...i can understand that too. Good luck with your decision xxx

Anyway, now the issue has been resolved. I had a miscarriage on Mother's Day.
