SIGNS... Everywhere .... What do they really mean???

Hello all,

Ever since I have started my 100 Day Journey and learned more about the laws of attractions, I have been more aware of signs around me. They seem to be popping everywhere in my life. There are always so far good signs that reinforce something I wanted to know about or questions I might have asked God/Universe to answer.

Now the more I think about them the more I wonder. Do I attract the signs because I am thinking of something or someone or do the signs really answer questions I might have or are they trying to tell me something? Or do I see signs because I try to justify the answers I want to hear?

Any input on that subject would be greatly appreciated, as well as any stories.

I have a lot of stories. One dear to me that just happened yesterday is about a stone I picked up one day while driving around with the love of my life. That stone to us symbolizes how solid our love for each other was. I kept it and treasured it. Yesterday while thinking about him and going through my things I found it amongst other little treasures I have. That stone always meant a lot to me but yesterday I got amazed. As I was looking at it, I suddenly noticed that there was a little shining heart on it that was part of the stone. I couldn't believe it. I had never seen it before. It really got me wonder. I even showed it to my daughter just to make sure I wasn't making this up and she was amazed too. Funny how things happen!!!

Vicki these are wonderful stories thank you for sharing. The one story about your Grandfather gave me the goose pumps in a good way though. I tell you it is amazing when you start seeing signs around you. I love that, they really make my day.

I have a story ...

A few months ago I found an earring on the floor, I liked the pattern of it so I picked it up. I thought I could use the pattern is a painting or something. A few weeks ago I was in another part of town and there on the floor was an identical earring!

They are the same size and identical pattern but one earring is a matt finish and the other is glossy !

I don't know what meaning this has I guess I liked one so I attracted another!?

What do the signs mean? To me they mean I'm in the right place! I'm right where I should be.

I have lots of stories of things I've wanted for myself (career, husband etc.) that showed up because of my ability to attract them.

I was working a job I didn't like that was too far from home. I went looking for work in the music industry (music is my life). Went online to look, applied, interviewed at a great place but they didn't hire me - 3 months passed and I put my 2 weeks in at my job I disliked. 2 days before my job was up, the place I interviewed with 3 months prior called me to see where I was at and wanted to hire me - I've been working there ever since and it's a blessing!!!

I was looking for a partner/man to share my life with - I knew in general what I was looking for. My girlfriend Jennifer said to try match.com (I'd never done anything like that). I did it for fun and put myself out there (I was bold and honest and put photos of myself on the internet!!) 2 days later I met my now husband.

I am a singer and moved to the LA area to sing professional back up singing for bands. I sang with a group and the experience went downhill. I kept looking for music possibilities and out of no where Opera came up (got an email from a college friend who I reconnected with online). I kept getting Opera news via email (I still have no idea how I got onto their mailing lists...) Anyways...I stopped avoiding it and began embracing this "sign" and here I am being told my an Opera coach that I have a 1st class instrument and could pursue Opera material. I'm amazed!

Oh there's so many, and my brother is the same way...he lives for his vision board and always finds it freaky or surreal when the things on his vision board get accomplished.

Thank you for the long email. You are blessed indeed it seems like everything comes to you without any efforts. I wish I could say the same. I see signs everywhere but they are so confusing. I don't understand why I see signs and things still don't go according to the signs. I am very confused. But oh well, that's my life! Hopefully one day, I 'll understand why these signs were there for me.
Wishing you and your brother the best in life, I think I don't have to worry about it. If you have a way of attracting things please share because for me it is not obvious!

Sounds like you already are doing what I'm doing, but you're just over analyzing it maybe?
To me it seems you are getting into the realm of philosophy surrounding the law of attraction!!
On the surface you see signs of things you've asked for, but to dig deeper means to ask what you asked : Do I attract the signs because I am thinking of something or someone or do the signs really answer questions I might have or are they trying to tell me something? Or do I see signs because I try to justify the answers I want to hear?
I think the law of attraction is all of these!!
And trust me, no one is different than the next. You are abundance, creativity, etc. You are no different than I in that aspect. The moment you do think "is it really possible?" or "it works for them, but not so well for me" separates you from it. You own the law of attraction, it has never been separated from you.

What things have you been thinking about that have manifested?

Well you probably nailed it. I have a tendency to over analyze everything and every situation. It is true that sometimes I also questions the LOA, but I am usually pretty good at discarding my skepticism. Well loosing weight was one of them although I was not huge I wanted to shed a few pounds and did it quite quickly and maintained it to this day. Also being able to see a close friend of mine more often and also finding my high school best friend at the time, although she found me. I had been looking for her for years. I thought that was so neat. Anyway probably other moments. I think I will keep a journal of moments like these that came true after a thought or desire.
I think your answer was very helpful. Just have to remind myself that it is out there for me to grab whatever that it is for me.

Thought I'd add this to the story. Tonight I was invited over to some friends' house. Had a wonderful time and right before leaving my friend mentioned "The Secret" and that she had been using the vision board for years. She said that she actually had applied the laws of attraction for over a decade now. She said that she had put on her vision board the house she wanted to have. She eventually pack her vision board away and forgot about it. Then they bought the house they have now, really beautiful and she told me that when they unpacked their boxes, she found her vision board and the house on it with all the details where exactly what they had bought. She was so overwhelmed she cried. Ever since they have been applying the LOA and they are VERY successful!. So like you wrote it is out there just have to say what you want.
Thought I'd share this story with you and others. Funny also that I started talking about that with her.
