The 100 Day Reality Challenge

Seriously ! Someone needs to help me !!
I dont know how im going to make this 100 day challange work for me !
I was about to start for a week ago ..And now im getting all frustrated over it ( That i can`t start )
Can someone somehow guide me through this ?
Give me some "Detailed" Explenation on how i should go forward on the visionboard f.example !

I Need advice from people that have made this work.

F.example Someone says that meditation is a effective way of making this work..
But when i am looking up meditation on the webs its like "20" different ways of meditating..
Thats makes me confused on what meditation i should use .. if the meditation i am choosing is the correct one etc etc..

Blessings ,
Mats

if you are lost and want guidance I could suggest, but there is no "right" way to do it.

Here is what I suggest: Choose three goals for your life, for instance increased income, improved fitness, and improved family and social life (those are three that many people desire). Create a picture in your mind of how you would like those areas to be and make it as clear as possible. Spend time every day imaging what you would feel like if this were so and how you would feel.

Next select some tools to raise your life up to where everything you want is. Buy yourself three things that you can use to feel better, I would suggest starting with at least one book, there are plenty of people who can help you choose a book, just search the word book or books on the site and you will find a lot of info. Another thing I would suggest would buy a guided meditation (I have purchased several products from brainsync.com and have been very happy with them). The final purchase would be something that helps you to achieve your fitness goals, like a dvd, membership, hand wieghts, vitamin supplements- whatever most motivates you to be healthier. Spending money on these items actually helps you because you are directing your money with intention at a problem.

Then come here, play, chat, read about other people and report back to us about how your days are going and what actions you are taking to reach your goals.

No one is perfect but just making the intention, joining the group, and using the tools, you will have great results.

Hei Mads!!!

Klem, Lillann

Hi Mats,

Like Elaine said there is no perfect or right way to do this and I am relatively new to it all but I will tell you how I got started and it is working, have a look at blog if you want to know what I have attracted :) Nothing huge buts lots of little things falling into place and its only Day 7.

Okay so this is what I did:
*Outline your goals, what do you really really want. Be very specific not broad
*Go to the practices tab on this site, have a look through and choose 4 or 5 that work for you and work them into your daily life.

For me I chose
1. Reading: I like You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay and The Secret

2. Mediation: I use Lilou's guided mediations which you can get for free on youtube

3. Visualisation: I have made very specific visualisation boards which match up to my goals. I have a cluster of pictures for each goal. I look at the boards every now and then throughout the day and I visualise what it would really feel like to have these things, what would I do, how would it feel. Kind of like daydreaming :)

4. The Rule of 5: Look at your goals again and everyday come up with 5 things you could do that day to get you closer to your goal. It could be as simple as making a call or it could be reading a chapter of a helpful book, whatever you like really. Then at the end of the day list 5 things that you are grateful for that day

5. Affirmations: Match them to your goals. For example: Goal: Get a job I like. Affirmation: I am passionate about my work and love every day that I am there (or something like that). Remember to make the affirmation IN THE PRESENT. As if you already have it. Louise Hay has alot of good stuff on affirmations :)

I hope this helped! Best of luck and stay in touch xx

For me I started my vision board with nothing but sticky notes. That was it and I wrote those and post them to a wall in the living room and made a boader from yarn. Yes nothing fancy but it cause alot of attention. People would come in a ask about it and what is it. It may have looked crazy and messy, But whatever I wanted to write grab a sticky note and posted it like, post, post, post. It covered my wall. I love it. I did not have beautiful photos and things like that. I love to write things down in notebooks so I have a vision notebook. I have the kind that HSchool students use to put thier photos in the front on the back, clear binders. My calender is rewritten with the numbers replaced by my 100 day numbers, So April 6 2009, says April 76 , 2009. So I know what day am on. Do what works for you. Find out what motivates you too keep going. Yes you may need that. I do and I may visit the secret website or here and read some positive stories or even watch the film again. Or I join up with people that make me want to make that changes or keep going. I meditate any way I feel like. I will go out to the park before the sun sets and listen to what I feel is relaxing. Or sit in the livingroom and dance to some classical music. Even drumming. I even change up to simple breathing or laying down and just closing my eyes. You can do it. Find what works for you. Thanks for asking for help.
