oh god...i havent been following "instructions" lately...will i ever make the grade???

YES!! i will...

my negative thoughts seems to turn up the most whenever im put in a position to change...i guesss that this is when i must practice extreme awareness...i dont know what im looking for right now but i think its got something to do wit hsupport...please help?!!? i'm completely OVERWHELMED by thinking and my desires seem sooo far away but only because i think they are??? does anyone else dwell in the negative?? im learning to become more positive, esspecially throughthits process, but.... just looking for support...

Change can be very fear-inducing. With the negativity, try to pinpoint exactly where the negativity is originating from, then try to isolate it or remove it from your life. It can be incredibly painful, but sometimes lessening your contact with negative people in your life, which can be especially hard if its friends and family; at least until you can really help yourself, is the only thing you can do.

Hi Taylor. You'll get far more benefit from this whole process if you concentrate mostly on appreciation. Instead of worrying about everything that you want and all of the things you think you must do in order to get it, just appreciate every moment. From that state of appreciation, you'll allow Law of Attraction to manifest whatever you desire. You don't need to keep asking or trying to figure out the who/what/when/where/how. Those thoughts are what lead to feeling overwhelmed, disappointed, etc. Go outside, take a look at the different colors around you. The different shades of green on the trees as you drive... how perfectly things function in nature without intervention from outside. Listen to the beautiful songs the birds are singing. See if you can tell how different each song is. These are just a few suggestions, but you can do any number of things... the idea is simply to "chill out." And when you reach that place of relaxing and knowing that all is well, everything just starts to fall into place.

I too want to be emotionally healthy and be positive. I found a website a complaint free world. After reading about there mission and reading watching some video's on you tube and now I am going for the challenge of being complaint free, except I am working to do it for 100 days!!!! Really for my lifetime. Read about it, definitely! Stay positive!!!! I have notices a big weight off of me since I read about it! Manifest it! You can do it~!!!!

Oh darlin! Yes, lots of others dwell in the negative. The key is to put more focus on when you're positive, when you have high energy, when you are having fun. I think of it like having two beach balls, one is old and shabby and full of holes and not much use to play with (your old negative feelings!). One is new and shiny and silver and gorgeous and full of bounce and fun (your new life). The one you want to give your energy to is the new one. If you notice you are giving energy to the old one, stop and give energy to the new one. For example, if you notice you are being negative, you stop and you say "I'm going to find something to appreciate, some fun to have, I'm going to enjoy my vision, I'm going to sing and laugh and dance, I'm going to find a way to feel better."

If you find yourself being negative and then give yourself grief, you are just putting more energy into the old beach ball. And you dont' want to do that! No judgement, no criticism, no blame - you're doing your best so give yourself some slack. And remember that this stuff gets easier with time - you are probably already better at this than you realise. I also notice that my hormones have a lot to do with my negative moments!

There's a ton of great videos on here from some really inspirational and fabulous people - have a good look through, favourite some and notice how many others have similar moments!
