The 100 Day Reality Challenge

Dear cocreaters,

I loved the idea- Law of attraction and want to make it real in my life. I have always worked hard from heart and soul to attract/gain anything in my life. But not anymore! this time i want to let it go and attract things by heart and soul.

Any suggestions how i can procced ??? Now that i have decided to follow my heart, i need to know how we attract?? what i do next?? Has anyone experienced gaining/attracting things with law of attraction?

Hi love of hearts,

Yes, without a doubt, I've caused change and attracted many, many things using these and various methods.

The essence is quite simple.

1. Figure out exactly what you want. If it's complex and involves steps (i.e. schooling, getting different job), break it down into a logical order to the best of your ability. You also might contemplate what you need most at the moment. If your health and/or finances are bad but you are trying to manifest a Porsche, you may be setting yourself up for disappointment.
2. write out a scenario of you involved in whatever your goal or step is. Create that image with you involved, feeling, smelling, hearing and seeing everything. Colors and stuff. What would it look like if you had what you wanted in that area? Get detailed.
3. In the morning, set your alarm clock for 6 minutes, sit down and say something like, "I will use all of my abilities to achieve [whatever you are working on at the momen]. For the rest of the time, bring the image you've written down into your mind and try to experience it as fully as you can. Do your best to make it real in your mind. Your mind will wander but don't worry. Just keep bringing it back. And don't worry if your mental pictures aren't very clear, just keep trying to imrprove with each 6 minute session. When your alarm goes off, you are finished. Don't worry about or think about it unless you're involved with taking action towards the achievement of that goal.
4. Do the same thing with the same image as you go to sleep. (don't set your alarm for 6 min though)
5. Do these exercises every day and try to take at least one action towards the attainment of that goal every day. The images will help you act with assurance. It will also keep your subconscious mind working on it, so when you hit obstacles, you will be able to figure out different ways to overcome them. When you've reached it, go to the next goal or step and repeat the process.

When negative thoughts or doubts arise through the day, use the image you've been working on or imagine a positive scene or a pleasant memory.

All you need to do is do your best. Be easy on yourself but also firm.

Ok. So right now Im in my season 1, day 64. I dont consider myself an expert in manifesting things. And Im in a similar situation, I have always worked hard for everything I have. But I know that it is possible also to bring things to your life without or with minimal action. I did manifest a few things with very minimal action.

1. do visualise and/or say your affirmation aloud when you are relaxed. Try doing this when you are in bed, comfy under your sheets.
2. then do something else thats exciting. dont obsess about this 1 thing,
3. the last tip i can give you is become a magnet. Think about a real magnet and why it is a magnet. To attract money carry some money or a lot of money. like attracts like. A big pot of money in your pocket (in theory) will attract small sums of money very easily, medium sums of money also, and ver large sums of money with some effort. So when you want something, have something of that kind already in some way and build on it. Example. you want lots of candles. get one, somehow...cheap one or free one ..whatever as long as its lovable and likeable...then feel so happy about it. more would come soon.. just try it...

Every little word helps....i am glad to get ur suggestions- may be thats the first step towards feeling law of attraction.
I shall try to imagine, feel, love and visualise and say my affirmations every day.

And I love the word 'Magneeeeettttttt' Yes! I am going to seriously try this now- 'I am going to be Magnet now and attract whatever I love'.

OK. as I was reading this I wanted to give you a suggestion. When saying your affirmations, put them in past tense if possible. Instead of saying I am going to be a magnet, say I am a strong magnet and attract everything that I love. I'm also going to share here something I heard recently. Your thoughts become your words, your words become your actions, your actions become your habits and your habits seal your fate. I remember this from a video by journik on u tube, check him out, I think he has some good things to say.
