The 100 Day Reality Challenge

I want to start this discussion for you to give ideas in how to feel better when we are feeling very down.
In this days I have felt not so good, sometimes I feel very tired, without energy to do the things I want to do...like read, write, etc. I think it's for my work that sometimes it's heavy and I have to work under a lot of pressure! I feel time is running so fast! Another thing to add is a broken heart (it's been a lot of time after this but for more that I do it seems I can't forget it), deal with negative and mediocre people, and another things that don't let me be myself. How I deal with that? What can do people when we are feeling this way? How to have peace of mind?

I'm so sorry for such a negativity, most of the time I am or try to be a positive person but that's how I feel right now

Angelica that's OK we all have days when we feel less than optimistic, no energy and just plain "bummed out". I am sorry to hear about the broken heart and I'll just tell you an old saying what my grandmother used to say. Whenever one of us kids was upset for any reason, Grandma always used to say: "Oh that's ok it will go away by the time you get married".! Now she was always saying this to us even when we were very little but it always got a smile on our faces. As they say though, "time heals all wounds". I'd say the best thing for you is to keep your mind busy. I know you mention that you don't feel like doing much. OK well then surround yourself with positive people. I find that helps the most at the worst of times, keep your body engaged in exercise, watch funny movies, write positive books like the teachings of Abraham or something, do anything you can to bring a smile to your face. Well I don't know if any of this helped, but it's what I've used in the past when I was feeling like you. Have a nice day otherwise. :)

Sorry to hear that you feel this way.When i feel like this i make a list of all the things that i have that make me realize how lucky i am for example a warm bed at night,food in the cupboards nicely decorated house,warm clothes,family that loves me. friends A washing machine,tumble drier,fridge freezer,a job that earns money etc i try to get up to at least 60 items.
And then when i realize how much i do have to feel grateful for i dont feel so bad.
I also try to remember some other bad times that i have been through and how i always manage to get through them in the end.We do survive and usually come through it having learnt something about my self and you will come through this time in the end.
If we didnt know unhappiness we would recognize happiness when it comes
If we didnt know sadness we wouldnt know joy

Thank you very much Tat! I read your comment yesterday and like I told you I really made me feel better, you are right. Keep mind busy! I'm feeling better now, much better. What I'm thinking is to be a little more separate of this person...I have tried it before and when I do that by "coincidence" in some way he approach to me. I will try to not think to much in this issue. It's beautiful what your grandma always used to say! and it's true that it bring a smile ot the face, thanks for share it! :)
I bought some new interesting books, I will focus on it!

This are thing people have to live, but sometimes are days when you see problems biggers than they are! And yesterday and previews days were like that, thanks God I feel better and twhat you mentioned is what I will do right now! My list! I thought in that yesterday but i didn't have the energy to do it, but now I HAVE IT! :)

when i feel down and make my self a cup te and writedown allting and memory iam thankfull for. after few line i feel very happy
iam tankfull for my healthy beutiful body,my leg for take me all place,my eye for seeing beutyful world,ear for leasing,face for beeing so beutifull

Its Me AGAIN!! =) Anyway I thought I should response!! Like the message I wanted to spread in my video, Its Really about throwing everything away for the moment, think about what makes you happy and do it!! There is a theory in management that I just learnt: "Change the social behavior in order to change the perception of life and what we want the world to be." Of course the change must bring about positive meanings added to our life. Life is still really interesting hahas!! Take a little break and EXPERIENCE life all over FIRST-HANDEDLY!

Hola Angelica! It goes without saying that we all face depression in one form or another. Since you are a musician, you may feel things very strongly. What I've noticed is that when I'm down, it's usually right before a burst of creativity. All creativity goes through the channels of subconsciousness. This is the realm that contains as many beautiful things as there are horrors (despite what some people may believe). It's the root of feeling, ALL feeling. And some of those feelings are joy, bliss, happy, lovely as well as melancholy, sadness, fear...it's the Source. Sooooo, that's where artists get their ideas whether they are aware or not. If this is the case, which it can be if viewed in that way, you can come back to the positive (and you will, no doubt about that) with a golden nugget to show to others or keep for yourself.

On the practical side, diet is important. Eat many greens. B vitamins. Every micro and macronutrient your body needs, give them to it.

I feel better! Thanks for your reply, I hadn't thought it that way! that maybe because of my profession I feel thing in a strongest way than others and you are so right about the cretivity!! Thanks for remind me that, I guess that maybe for day after day, I forget it and don't express myself in any way...Thank you! :)
