The 100 Day Reality Challenge

Does anyone know how to activate chakras?
Can you describe me,or recommend me a book,or a video-guided meditation?

My method is to visualise each chakra and imagine it is opening, as well as feeling each chakra open..
So I would start with the base chakra at the base of the spine and imagine a red dot of light and as I focus on the light I imagine that it grows brighter and bigger, I feel a sensation in the chakra that gives me the impression that it is opening and growing bigger. I do this with all the chakras, The next would be the sacral chakra located just around the navel and colour orange, then the solar plexus located just below the strenum (breastbone) colour yellow, then the heart chakra located in the centre of the chest colour green (or if you intend to send universal love Pink) then the throat colour sky blue, next the third eye,books say colour indigo (deep blue, but I use the colour purple) located centre of the forhead just above the eye brows. (You may feel a strong sensation with this one, but go with it,) last is the crown chakra located on the top of your head, with this one I visualise a white lotus flower opening up to the golden warmth of the sun, as the golden sun (spirit) shines on the lotus flower so it feeds my soul with love and light nourishment from the universe.
